Pls. do advise.......!

I have a question? i have power of attorney given by my elder sister to register release deed to relinquish her share in favour of our brothers, as she is ill .i have already released my rights over the property, can i do it for my sister (she is my real sister ) am i entitled to execute release deed or her children (all adults ) will be considered as close blood relatives and not me who is her real sister. all her children are greedy and pressureise her all the time to claim her share but she does not want it.also, it is not possible to get the registration done at her house as her children do not allow us to meet her, she is in a house arrest kind of situation, they pressurise her so much emotionaaly and psychologcaly that she is afraid of speaking a word against them, thus complaining to police does not seems a good idea, how can we registered release deed in some other way, kindly suggest ,the most practical ways, we have very good relations with our brother.
also, what are the relavent legal provisions or case laws or judgements under which it can be done, i am obviously,in my sisters favour!

loss of miscellaneous items from a operation theatre

i am working as a staff nurse in operation theater of jipmer hospital, a central government institution. if any miscellaneous items, for eg. torch gets missed during my duty, what is the action to be taken by incharges of the operation theater. As there is no written protocol in the institution for these kind of problems, does the incharge has the right to ask whomever on duty( staff nurse alone) to buy and replace the item without making any official enquiry.staff nurse is not the only person who is present in that place , there are doctors , attendants, assistants, safaiwalas.just because nurses take over , are they liable in these kind of problems. suggest a solution in the interest of both incharge and staffs.

PG without Graduation

Can anyone have a Post Graduate degree (from regular or open university) or diploma without having graduation? as reff: please read the news http://www.hindu.com/2009/02/27/stories/2009022755171300.htm

If that PG is valid, then is it of same status with graduate + PG?

If the PG is invalid without graduation, and the student acquire a graduation after completing any such PG, will it have value?

medical negligience

on 17thday of april 2010, at 1958 hours , an injection of rhogam 300 mg was given to the infant BY MISTAKE . The doctor prescribed the injection for the mother and delegated the assignment to the nurse is writing
“ give rhogam 300 mg if kid blood group is positive”.

Nurse blindly followed and without reconfirming with the doctor gave the injection to the infant.

as a result the infant suffered with such a severe jaundice that she had to be in nursery for 6 days, had to go through 4 blood exchange transfusion? the bilirubin level crossed 26.

i am not looking for a compensation but what i want from them is:
• unconditional health assurance
• accecptance of the mistake
• I want them to take it as there responsibility and ensure best medical treatment to the infant regularly to avoid any future complication.
please advise
