Dear experts,
On 12-05-2010, i saw a news paper article quating that the appeal filed by the Private Schools Association of Tamil Nadu has filed a SLP before Supreme Court against the judgment passed by the Division bench of Madras High Court uphelding the Justice Govindarajan Committee recomendation regarding the fee structure for private schools. The Honourable Apex Court dismissed the SLP in the Admission stage. I try to get the rulings but i am not able to get that.
I request the experts to furnish the judgment for my perusal
I request all the experts to go through the ruling and sujest the parents to take suitable actions against the school which did not follow the decisions of Apex Court.

I have land in two plots, both are adjacent to each other, sharing boundary and look like a single block . For one plot I have sufficient proof of possession including a house on it, but for adjacent one I have only sale deed with specific boundary given with precision and for this plot I have to proof possession, will the documentary proofs of other plot can be used for this?
Plz. Suggest. Thanks.
Religious Act
Sir,
A Brahmin priest on the back of his ancestral house established a personal temple, and after some time he opened it for “Darshan “ of general people also. He is by profession priest (Purohit). Also he received a land in gift for upkeep of the temple from one of his “Yajman” (Client). Some people are trying to take control of it so that they can enjoy the property of it. Will his temple come under religious trust act? Has it become a public property, it is an extension of his house? What are his right over the land he received in gift?
Plz. suggest.
Thanks to all.
