Should not we have "Right to justice" act passed as soon as possible in countries like India?
Justice delayed justice denied.Here we go to the courts for justice and they give us simply next dates of hearing.Simply they do no have time for us.Simply they are denying us justice.A government who can not provide justice to its countrymen is just a failure.Justice should be done quickly-- not in years or decades.
Earlier right to get information of Government records was not given but now thanks to "right to information" act we can access Government records and reveal their misdoings also .
Similarly I feel a "right to justice" act should also be passed that may help in delivering quick and appropriate justice to all of us .
What do you say,please suggest,also suggest what you can do for this sake,if you can?

1)I have readed a book under which it has mentioned that parternship deed is registered in the court of law where as partnership agreement is not registered is it right or wrong pls direct me.
2)I have readed a book under which it has mentioned the damage(S)award by the court in way of punishment is vindictive damages. So what do u mean by vindictive damages pls explain me with the help of a suitable example(S)(S).
3) What do u mean by compounding of offence with the help of example(S)? & Where a court premission required to compound a offence as per Crpc, IPC, CPC.?
Pls Answer the abovementioned queries with the examples if possible .

Respected sir,
After issue of advocate notice( notice to revoke a sale deed), the noticee without giving reply to the notice came for comproise and compromise agreement was signed on a plain paper.Whether this private compromise agreement is enforceable.whether the notice once issued can be withdrawn like this as per Civil Proceedure Code.whether the compromise concluded after issuance of legal notice without getting leave of court is valid in respect of immovable property. sir please guide me sir

4. Age limit in connection with driving of motor vehicles.
(1) No person under the age of eighteen years shall drive a motor vehicle in any public place:
Provided that 1[a motor cycle with engine capacity not exceeding 50cc] may be driven in a public place by a person after attaining the age of sixteen years.
7. Restrictions on the granting of learner's licences for certain vehicles.
(2) No person under the age of eighteen years shall be granted a learner's licence to drive a motor cycle without gear except with the consent in writing of the person having the care of the person desiring the learner's licence.
(21) "light motor vehicle" means a transport vehicle or omnibus the gross vehicle weight of either of which or a motor car or tractor or road-roller the unladen weight of any of which, does not exceed 2[7500] kilograms;
Query:
1)As per section 7(2) of the aforesaid act it has been mentioned that on the day of majority means 18 years of age or after that day means after 18 years of age he person can get the learner's licence than there is a dought that as per the Section 4(1) of the act if the person is of 16 years or after that day means after 16 years he can driver 50cc vehicle in public place. so as per by understanding from the age of 16 to 18 years of age (excluding the day on which the person became's a major i.e. 18years)he doesn't reqiure a learner's licence. Becasue section 7(2) says No person under the age of eighteen years shall be granted a learner's licence to drive a motor cycle.& Section 4(1)says [a motor cycle with engine capacity not exceeding 50cc] may be driven in a public place by a person after attaining the age of sixteen years. So whether to take the learner's licence or not for driving the 50cc vechile in public place.
Pls direct me.
2)Pls explain me the meaning of omnibus & unladen weight.
3) what do u mean by punitive damages as per the contract act, 1872. Ps explain in detail if possible with the help of example(S)(S)(S).

Sir/Madam
I have given a notice for eviction u/TP act to my tenant in the year march 2009.
He was using the house for other than residential purpose and not paying rents.
A civil case for injunction is ruining parallel in the courts and is in trial stage.
My question is the CONTENTION for eviction is same, so should I give him another notice for vacating the premises OR
Is the notice served on him in the year 2009 march is sufficient as I intend to file a eviction suit shortly..
Pl clarify the legal status and remedies.

Respected Experts,
Here I am submitting a doubt for ur clarification.
“A” has executed a General Power of Attorney in favour of “B” to do sale transaction etc., on his behalf. Accordingly “B” has executed an Agreement of Sale in favour of “C” and received total consideration, but no Sale Deed was duly registered on some reasons, at that time. Now “A” has expired. So “B “is refused to do registration in favour of “C” on the ground that “A” is no more.
In such a case what “C” should do? I think that in the event of death of “A” the powers vested with “B” on the basis of said GPA, stands cancelled and that he has no right to do registration etc., as per law.
Plz. Clarify.
