1. can a MBBS doctor who had NOT done any post graduation in orthopedics, conduct orthopedic surgeries in a government hospital in Delhi legally without supervision.
2. can a MBBS doctor who has not done any post graduation in orthopedics but is senior, instruct a doctor who is post graduate in orthopedics, regarding the orthopedic management of a patient. If yes, then is that instruction binding.

Respected experts/sir,
My father had bought a land 40 yrs back thru registered sale deed. Now, recently the only son of the seller, (who was minor at the time of registration) has started claiming the land alleging that we had played fraud with his father and without consideration has managed to obtain the sale deed 40 yrs. back. The seller is actually drinker and with the help of land mafia after 40 yrs he is alleging like this, which is false. He has filed a case in local revenue court to disturb us. But actually it is a civil matter and he is not approaching civil court. The land is fallow and is un-mutated. I have one more piece of land adjacent to this is mutated and we r having house on that.
Can he claim like that after 40yrs.?
Does local revenue court have power to decide civil matter?
Plz. Give suggestion, what should we do?
Thanks and Regards to all.
What is difference between a Rent deed, Lease deed and Leave & Licence deed pertaining to residential property. Is there any difference if such document relates to commercial premises.
We had made an application under Right to Information Act, 2005 [“ACT”] for specific information which is relevant to our business from the concern government authority.
The concerned authority had returned the said application stating that “the ACT gives the right to information only to the citizen of India. The application is sent in the name of a company/firm, which is legal entity, but not citizen of India. “
Section 3 of the ACT is reproduced hereunder:
Section – 3. Subject to the provisions of this Act, all citizens shall have the right to information.
The registered company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 is not entitled for submitting applications under the ACT?
Please Advice.
Warm Regards

Dear Experts,
Thanks for your reply given previously but my doubt is in regards to admission of Writ Petition without serving notice to the respondent. The petitioner has only given the copy to the respondent whether Court/Registrar also gives notice prior to the admission of the Writ Petition, if the respondent has filed the caveat application in the court?
ceased account
