1.Can High court pass common interlocutory orders in a common hearing of two petitions, captioned with both titles of case in both petitions seperately, while the orders are exactly same?
2. Can there be more than one order in a hearing of two connected petitions, exactly same, signed originally by a judge, placed in both petitions seperately, unlike the common judgement?

2.On what grounds a person may not be permitted to argue in person?
3.What advantage would a person get if he has argued his case in person before high court?

I have a chimney in front across a 40 feet road of my apartment facing my apartment.
It emits smoke from the DG sets which are used for power back nearky 6-7 hrs a day.
I have requested my association president to take up the case with the builder but he does not take any action....
What should I do? can i take action against the president for inaction as he is responsible for the well being of the resident who have elected him.

Hi ,
I have a scenario, where defendant marked the unregistered General power of attorney, since its unregistered GPA Judge is asking us to pay 1 lakh 15 thousand as a stamp duty for the marked GPA, But defendant is poor and she do not have any job and she has very less source of income (2000RS per month), she(defendant) do not have that much amount (1 lakh 15 thousand)to pay immediately, please let me know, is there any provision (any supporting act or judgments) to request around 6 to 10 months time to pay the stamp duty, If so, please let me know, Thanks in advance.
SLP dismissed without reasoning
What if supreme court dismisses an SLP straight away without giving any reasoning and if it involved a substantial question of law?
