D/Sir,
I wanted to know the procedure to register our name on occupied piece of nazul land.
The said nazul land had been occupied by us from last 15years and now i wanted to construct house on it, so, what is the procedure to register name on nazul land.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Please, treat the matter as most urgent as i have started construction on the land.

How to make an application for complaint before Registrar of High court, if High court does not provide certified copies of required documents in time ?
Whether it will be listed or disposed off by registrar as a letter ?

Hi Everyone,
I am living in the 1932 old chawl pagadi system. Our old Owner Mr. Joshi sold chawl to Mr. Karkhanis (Popular Investments), but Property card is still on the Mr. Joshi name. As Popular Investment compony is seized by the Court in fraud case.
So for last 10-12 years nobody from court or Mr. Karkhanis is in contact with us.
So is it possible to form Co. Ho. Society?

I am from Tamil Nadu, I have paid to landlord 10 Lakhs Rupees as advance money to build the shop for me within 4 moths time period, we made agreement in 20 Rupees stamp paper not registered with two wideness, the period is over now, he is not starting construction work and not returning my money.
Kindly Help me, how can I get money back.

We Have a Money Insurance Policy Of Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd.Last Year We Loss Some money in Theft.The Insurance Co. Reject Our Claim.We Want to File a Case against Insurance co.Now I Want to now that there is a Time limit to File a Case

wether it is domistic voilence,or it effect human right
one of local advocate due to some reson diverced his wife in court and married another and staying with her since ten years. the firest still not married to any other.
the fist wife with the said advocate had two sons.fist son with mother and the second with father.near about one year fist son marriage performed by both first wife and her diverced husbend,this year the second son marriage performed by diverced husbend with second wife just a formal intimation of the said marriage to fist wife.ie .natural mother.by putting her in mental agoney,hurt.

land acquisition referance
land acquired by the Kerala Goverment for public purpose(buit a dam). There is a standing liablity in a bank with claimants so the collector sent the compensation award amount to subordinate judge's court for apportionment. the claimant not filed any application for enhancement U/s 18 of the act till today. now the refferance for apportionment answered infavour of the claimants and they eceived the compensation amount form the court. whether now they can move application for referance U/s 18 of Land acquision act. if they cannot what is the further remady. please solve the proble.
