Sir,
I have filed the suit for termination in the CAT with Interim Relief for stay on the termination
The CAT has admitted the petition and the order says
"Termination assailed. Issue notice to the Respondent"
Whether it is advisable to move to the HC as I didn't get the interim relief
Or Whether I should move to the HC after the first appearance of the Respondent (After Notice)?

The Bank has filed a suit for recovery of money on the basis of mortgage and prayed for passing a preliminary decree on the mortgage property against the borrower and the guarantors. One of the guarantors had given his property as security for the loan availed by the borrower. After trial, the suit was partly decreed against the borrower and one of the guarantor only and as against the other guarantor who had given his property as security was dismissed on the ground that the said guarantor did not give his property as security and that his signatures were forged and fabricated by the borrower and other persons.
The Bank in order to file an appeal against the said guarantor before the Hon'ble High Court in Hyderabad, is it necessary that the court fee paid in the lower is sufficient or any interest has to be paid from the date of suit till the date of filing the appeal before the High Court. Request for appropriate answer. Thanking you in advance.

I know registration of a Will is not mandatory but why is it considered better ...
If a will is not registered does it stands a chance in probate ...
If a will is Notarized ... is it better then a not registered Will and is it important for the testator to sign some paper before the Notary Public ...
Thanks ...

How many copies of EP is necessary at CDRF?
Do we have to submit same number like 3+no.of OPs?
In appeals, whether the courts are bound by pleadings made by parties or can it give an independent view to the entire case upon its own findings?

Dear Sir,
In one case the CAT has allowed my application and I filed the Contempt Petition against the respondent. The respondent move to the HC and matter has remanded for reconsideration
The employer has terminated my services and filed the separate petition against the termination and prayed for interim relief to put stay on the termination order. The CAT has admitted the petition and issue notice to the respondent employer. The next date of hearing is 28/01/2011
In case if the cat didnot provide me the interim relief whether I can move to the HC seeking for stay on the termination order during the pendency of the petition before the CAT?
