Sir, I just have one query. Firstly the brief fact is that I was a consumer of BSNL Cellone services in the year 2004. I had an outstanding balance of Rs. 4850/-. The company issued me settlement letter in the year 2004, whereby i have deposited 2850/- and then 2000/ was due on me. Thereafter, the company had not taken any steps to recover the outstanding bill nor did it issued me any notice. Now all of a sudden after 7 years back i.e. in the year 2011 they issued notice of Lok Adalat and asked me to deposit 5500/- towards outstanding bill.
Whether the BSNL can recover their outstanding bill after the lapse of 7 years i.e. the time barred due. Please guide in the above issue and mail me the solution at shoaib_a.khan@yahoo.co.in.

Dear sir/madam,
I have filed a civil suit regarding my property in the session court.It is still going on or we can say is in progress.If I display my cards the defendant will come to know about it as this will be displayed on your site. I need your expert advise as this is the first time I have gone into litigation.So how will I know whether I am on the right track ? Please Kindly Help.

i want to clear some doubt, if a married man having a property (whether it may be ancestral property or self earned property)now my question is
1. if the married man can his property transfer through will to some one, to follow any rules and it must be register?
2. if the married man can his property transfer to gift some one ? can you give to some one ? is it must be register.

My lawyer has omitted to bring out Illegality of MoU and failure of consideration in the written Statement of defendant. Will the defendant be given an opportunity to file an affidavit to bring out the aforesaid facts as the very basis of the suit filed by the plaintiff is an illegal agreement.

In case of stilt parking Supreme Court Judgment passed a precedent and I have written to my society that it should be implemented with retrospective rullings. Do I need to file appeal in the Co-Op COurt against the society for not takingover stilt parking from members. Or what should i do? Pl suggest

Dear nBrother statusque is the order which could be removed by the Court it grants or by the higher Court. There is no time limit provided in CPC for the Status Que Order.

Society not issued O.C.
please member kindly suggest me,
society has not issued O.C. to one of my client. now my client states that he will not pay the maintenance charges of the society till the O.C. has been issued to him. please guide what sought of action could be taken against the society for not issuing O.C.
and secondly builder has sold the open terrace situated on eight floor to the owner of the flat situated on the seventh floor of the building after obtaining NOC of the other members of the society and the contract has been executed regarding the same. now the society has issued notice to the flat owner that under M.C.S.Act the society is having exclusive right over the said terrace. now what sought of action could be taken against the society or the against the builder. please guide me.
