(As indicated hereinbefore, the factual issue involved in this appeal revolved round as to whether Exhibit A1 was obtained by applying force or undue influence upon the appellant. )
Query : we know that exhibit series if it is in alphabetical order A,B,C, than the exhibit documents is form platinff side but if the exhibit is in number wie eg : exhibit documens 1 ,2, 3 than it is form the defednt sid right ?
But form the above para under bracket it has been given as exhibit A1 so whether it is form plantiff side or defedant side.
also it has been said that exhibit a means good & exhibit b means the bad one also exhibi 1 means good & xhibit 2 means bad ? is there any law of the above mentioned ?

The children will ALWAYS acquire the caste of the Father so pls can i have any apex court case law on it beacasue my wife advocate says that wife before marriage surname can also acquire. so i need the judement that the father surname can only be applicable after marriage ? his advocate says mean that do u have any conclusive or cirumstances evidence so can u help out that do u mean by conclusive or cirumstances evidence ?
if possible with illustration so i can understand what the advocate want to convey to me.

if a registered society is in possession since 50 years on an endowment land, without any agreement, and developed an educational institution, now the endowment department can take it back, without any compensation?

Dear Experts ,here is the case was reserved for judjement , how much time the judje can take for pass the judjement? the case was completed final hearing ,in this case civil matter can the plaintiffs can pray or ask the judje to avoid delay for judjement?in which section ? urgent .

I have a fight between my partner as her adovocate says that Can a Abritration Clause is restricted to partnership agreement or deed only ? and it cannot applied to any civil contract & Leave & licence agreements ( whether for commerical or residential purposes) so pls any section of the law says that it cannot use for any other purposes other than partnership agreement or deed ? Case laws is required which says that it can be used in other civi or ANY kind of agreement ? it will be helpful to me .
case laws on any higher court as my city is maharashtra. as her advocate says that she has the case law of supreme court ?

As we know that qutanum merit is applicable also if there is no contract than also per the indian contract, 1872. so pls can body give me the a case law of apex court pls which mentioned that qutanum merit is applicable when there is not contract ? as we have a conflict between my employer ?

Can a decree holder in a case for specific performance have better title than a court auction purchaser.? The mortgage suit under which the property was sold was filed prior to the specific performance suit.
