Can we Challenge exparte decree for judicial seperation, if so,
can we by pass setaside petition and file petition for judicial separation.
or
set-aside the petition and then file petition for judicial separation

My mom's parents have a land.Both grand parents expired.My mom have 5 brothers.one elder and 4 younger.My mom's 2 younger brothers took loan and build a house on the land of my grandparents.the house is on their both names.
since the land is my grandparents...
will my mom get a share if yes how much
will the other brothers also get a share

my grandparents(mom's parents).Both grandparents expired.My mom have 5 brothers.(one elder and 4 younger.)My grand parents have a house which is on my grandfathers and my eldest mama's name.and my eldest mama is mentally challenged.Now my mama's son says that property belongs to him.
My query is:
1.Is it possible for other sibling to claim for the parents property.
2.will my mother get a share.if so equal share or upto what percentile.
3.how to sell the property.

I mortgaged my property to my friend using 100 rupees stamp paper and taken loan from him. In the morgage deed a Notary public has signed. I have not registered with registrar office.
Is this valid in court to present as evidence? Will it be accepted by court as evidence?

one person is encroaching on inami land and constructing r,c,c building, one of citizen want to fill permanent injunction suit in civl court to stop encroachment. is it mandatorary to fill suit in wakf board or he can also bring a suit in civil court making party to wakf board or by other means he can get injunction by civil court urgently than wakf board

i have a credit card of Hdfc bank. bank give me personal loan on my credit card on behalf of my saving a/c. i m paying my emis from two years. but unfortunatly i cant pay emis from 4 months. then i m not staying that place,where i giving Address in a/c. i m not give any Document or bank Cheques in bank. but i give my PAN no. in bank. what they can treck me. and i want open another saving a/c for some saving ,
can i open bank a/c.
plz tell me what action can take by Bank for recovery of loan and what should i can.
if i collect some money i m pay whole amount to bank. but what i can till then.

judicial officers are specially governed under the judges protection act and enquiry act. So other acts will not come under the purview for judicial officers so can we say that section 21 (public servant)of the IPC is not applicable to the judicial officer.
also which other ct is not appliacble to the judicial officer pls.

Execution Petition !
I have obtained a decree from City Civil Court at Dindoshi and will have to file execution petiton now. Pl. advice if it is to be filed in the same court or higher one ? Also need a local (Mumbai) based lawyer for it. Pl. guide & help.
