my query is
1. can a court issue as part of the judgemen t some issues that come to light through the SUIT but not specifically prayer for in the PRAYER part of the suit.
i seek this query becuase in the end of the suit it is generally stated ' any other order that the court may deem fit'.
please enlighte

a person is in the habit of circulating false news and mail intending to harm the reputaation of an individual through signed letters to various relatives.
what sections of the civil/criminnal code are violated by him and how seriously this offense is taken?

A (purchaser)has entered into sale agreement with B(seller)on 1.12.2007 Time 6 months. A issued legal notice to B for registration on 23.4.2008. Notice was served on B. No reply. Whether A can file a suit for specific performance? limitation ?

Respected Sirs,
I a defendant in a civil case had been aggrieved by the final judgment.
Hon'ble court failed to appreciate the oral and docementary evidence which was adduced in the case and the principles of law applicable.
The Court allowed the petition and granted a relief of perpetual injunction favoring the petitioners and restricting the def not to interfere and evict the pet using due course of law.
Now my doubt is that:
1.There are few IA's that were not closed.
2. I'm plannig to appeal in the higher court.
3.I was told that the case would be remanded and the trial would start again from the begining.
4.Is it advisable to appeal or file eviction suit.
Pl guide me in this regard. Matter is urgent.

1) Difference Between Judge's Summons and Master's Summons.
2)Difference Between Chamber Summons or Interlocatory Summons.
3)Difference Between Notice of Motion" and "Chamber Summons"
it will help me to read the law articles.
becuase my law profession ha said i will tell u afterwards but afterwards does not come only so i think he also don't have any idea on the subject matter posted above so can the u all explain me what it is my father friend say that it is applicable only in civil cases only but i think it is applicable in criminal cases also.
How has the power to issue ?

Short title and extent. This Act may be called the Usurious Loans Act, 1918 .
(2) It extends to the whole of India except 2[ (the territories which, immediately before the lst November, 1956 , were comprised in Part B States) 3[ .
(3) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that it shall not apply to any area, class of persons, or class of transactions which it may specify in its notification.
1) Usurious Loans Act, 1918 is applicable to th state of maharashtra.
2) (the territories which, immediately before the lst November, 1956 , were comprised in Part B States) pls how to known that which states were under Part B before 1 Nov, 1956. Pls or can i hve the list here.
3) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that it shall not apply to any area, class of persons, or class of transactions which it may specify in its notification. Is any notification has been passed by any state goverment or not & how to known that the state goverment has passed any notification Pls. Specially for state of maharahstra & than for other states.
4) The Usurious Loans Act, 1918 is repealed or still in force. & Rule of Damdupat is still in force & is not appliable to House loan & Personal Loan ?
