hi Team,
i have a debt with HDFC bank. the agents calls me & threatens me to kidnap my son & abuse my wife.
he also calls at my work even though i am willing to resolve the issue. but they are not providing anything in written documentation.

a defendant against whom ex parte proceedings order have been passed and his defence have also been struck out, can he file an application under 1/10 cpc for deletion his name from the list of defendants on the same facts which he had already placed on record earlier in the reply of the main petition?

Hi,
This is Mahendran from Melmaruvatur and I am a disability guy using wheel chair. My mom having one younger sister and one younger brother. My mothers grandfather has property, now he is no more. Now the problem is my uncle(mother's brother) start to selling the property one by one but he is not ready to give any money to my mom or my mom's sister. Also she(my aunty) is not interest to ask. Can my mom file case against to my uncle? Please advice me.

if A gave her land on 20 year lease to B. B is a registered company. B got mutation in his name of the said land. After few years B merge into another company C. C also a registered company. Now C wants to get mutation in his favor. Can any suggest me the procedure of transfer the mutation B to C.

1) Can NRI OR PIO seek information form RTI.
2) From were to obtain BPL card as we all know that the person Below Poverty Line is given free information as per the RTI Act, 2005. So what are the documents required to prepare BPL card & for how many years that card is valid.
Any link or info provide me.

My grand father purchased a property and settled the property to my father as his only one son through a settlement deed before his death. But my father has two sons and I am the elder. Now my father wants to give the property to my brother alone. Have I power to claim the property as my ancestetral property ? Has my father right over the property as his self aquiered property?
