One new Documentary Evidence has emerged lately which was not present earlier by me when i had submitted documents as evidence (some 8 years back)...my opponent the plaintiff has made a payment some 2 years back (which i could only find only at the Internet recently) which clearly indicates that it was his liability to make such payments and not mine... this is the main issue of the case.
1.As I found out this evidence on the Internet(which was available in last few years only)... now can i give the copy of what is visible on the internet as an evidence Or should i ask the court to call for this document from the Govt.Records.
2.Can we file this documentary evidence which is most important now at this stage of the case and if so under what Rule/Order of the CPC.
3.Can we file this document also after my Respondents Evidence is over as i am predicting that such document might prop up during the course of my cross examination.
4. As this payment made by him is some 2 years old, can this also go against me that why i dint brought on record this document earlier or can i take a plea that it came to my knowledge only now when i checked such a payment on the net ...I submitted all my documentary evidences some 8 years back and this payment was made just 2 years back .

my (agricultural land)Property case was stand since 20 years.then strangers making fraud .hence on the basis of his fraud & false medical certificate & delay condo lance.he is no right for file suit in any court. i win these case from high court. then {I am legal owner of my agricultural property.means properties SAT-BARA document is on my name.but possession of property is strangers hands. strangers making fraud in my property. i am 70 years old & also medically unfit.
My question is-
1.whats the procedure for getting possession of my property.
2.can i file writpitition for getting possession of my property on the babsis of age & unfit health also

MORE THAN 2 MONTHS HAVE PASSED STILL NO REPLY/INFORMATION ON THE PART OF RAILWAY MINISTRY WITH IN TIME.I WANT TO ASK WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME TO GET REPLY UNDER RTI IN CASE OF INFORMATION IS SOUGHT FROM RAILWAY.WHAT ACTION AND REMEDY I HAVE ON NON REPLY

I have been discontinued from services by not providing me the further adhoc extension beyond 30.06.2010 and I filed the petition aginst the employer and the order is reserved.
I applied for form No-16 in March 2011 via post. THereafter, I filed the RTI, I was informed that it will be available after 31 May 2011.
I send my representative with Letter of authority on 20/06/2011 and he was advised to cpome another day. After 3-4 followups, my representative was declined to provide the Form No-16 with the ground that I have to come personally in order to collect the certificate
I don't understand the intentions why the from No-16 was not provided to my representative holding my letter of authority
Shall, I made an appeal under RTI act for not providing me the relevant document to my representative or any other way is there?
I smell something fishy too as in the reply affidavit they had made false allegation that I had been indulged in the manipulation of record and i don't want to go there till the final pronouncement of order

sir,
i am a central govt servant,working in space research department.i did completed my LLB Degree from Bangalore university using my EL/CL but without obtaining permission from my employer because i want to write judicial service exam and my age was 29 and my employer does not give permission up to three years of service.
pls advice me CAN I APPLY FOR PCS-J JUNIOR DIVISION EXAM?IS THERE WILL BE ANY LEGAL PROBLEM ?ANY SUPREME COURT VERDICT IS AVAILABEL FOR THE ABOVE PROBLEM? PLS HELP ME

dear,i have purchase a commercial shop from trust n i have made payorder of stampduty n registration n hand over to trust, they made agreement of tenancy n i signed on it, but the registration is not done, they trust told me to pay toomuch n demanding toomuch, they also submitted stampduty payorder which i have handover n i have seen in the agreement paper, what can i do

can a person in India having an immovable property can make assignment it to a person in a foreign country where there is no stamp duty is paid what is the validity of the document in India can the assigned document in a foreign country can be used in evidence is there any judgments in this regard I would grateful if the experts would throw light on this aspect I hope the experts would not get angry over this subject matter
