Kindly proovide me information/law regarding cutting of tree.
Is cutting of tree on own land/house amounts to an offence ?
Where i have to apply for getting permission for cutting tree? and also where i can lodge complain if someone violate the law for the same.

who is the Presiding officer in the court? what is the qualification he/she requires.

In the year2001 I got a Decree in a Declaratory suit over a boundary wall and 2 ft of land beside it from a Civil Judge (junior Division),but I failed to raise the hight of my boundary wall due to constant resist from the Judgement Debtor. What way I can Execute my Decree and Construct my bondary wall by using that decree?

In a civil Suit what are the steps involved in the Trial stage. Does the plaintiff has to give anything in writing ?

my brother sent me a notice through a lawyer, i didnt reply him because i dont want him to know what proof i have,if i reply also or dont, he will be going ahead in court if he wants.....the layer had given me 15days of time will anything happen...his lawyer told me that he will put a civil and criminal case over me if i dont reply...i am ready to fight with him in court he is put 406,420,34...what do you say, i had sent some details about him in the starting.....

Trust was formed for the purpose of education of nearest area childrens in the years of 1970. Trust had many acres of land. How can sold particular S.F. land in trust properties? Court permission is necessary?

IS THERE ANY LAW IN HIMACHAL PRADESH WHICH APPLIES IN CASE OF PIOUS DUTY OF SON IN CASE OF FATHER DEBTS EXCEPT HINDU LAW AND SEC50, 52 ,53 OF CPC.CASE IS OF BILASPUR DISTRICT. DEBT PRIVATE DEBT.

In a motor accident claim case there are medical bills around 30 lakh rupees.
The claimant (wife of deceased says that she did not paid the bills nor she know who paid for medical bills)
The ITR of deceased does not show any expenditure.
I represent an Insurance company and request a citation that if medical bills are not paid by the claimants they are not entitle to the bill amount.

sir this with regard assignment of property which is located in India can a person who is an indian can assign the property to foreign person situated in Switzerland I hope that the experts would be kind enough and would not feel angry for my querry. is this query come under the contract act or in the transfer of property act would the Indian stamp would come play for these type of transactions
