Hi All,
This is Ninge Gowda here, My aunt husband and his sisters were giving mental and physical torture for my aunt to get sign for property documents.
I went last week warn them to stop it other wise i will lodge a complaint against them.. yesterday they have lodged a compliant in police station against me saying i have abused them, and threaten their life. but I either used any bad words or threatened their life...also they were completely restricting my aunt relatives to not visit her home...
So what should i do now..
Please help me to how to handle the situation..and what is the best way to handle this situation...

Dear Sirs,
I urgently need citations for the following. This is w.r.t. writ on order by committee of CA institute in disciplinary matter, but civil and criminal law esp. admin law citations will be useful:
1. an order will be bad in law if Findings/Indictment exceed charge as per deposition (examination in chief). Deposition charges overrule charges in complaint.
2. a complaint fails for charges not being specific and clear
3. parties must be same and then fact in issue must be same or at least fact in issue in first case be relevant facts in second case for authority or court handling that case to apply finidngs in first second
4. a suit is liable for Improper verification (not signing, not signing for and on behalf of person litigatin
5. Litigation by proxy is imperssible in law.
6. burden of proving complaint is with the complainant. Respondent need not disprove his case.

dear, i m tenant n landlord made a agreement of tenancy with me, i have paid 4 registration n stampduty but until now he had signed agreement n he is telling me that the witness who also signed in agreement is gone out of town so we have 2 wait its been 2 months, can we cancel n put another witness signature its possible n i thick he is tricking me, i already given cheque of stampduty n registeration 2 landlord, what can i do now please help

As I have purchase a flat in Laxman Vihar being an Indian Citizen I need Ration card as a document that I am living on this address & previously I don't have any other ration card. Kindly advise me how can I get it & what are the formalities required please help me for the same

Dear Expert,
I am from Delhi and cos of some issue I need the stay order from jabalpur court. So I got the ref of some one who dome for me and get the stay order. Now he got the order and sent me by mail can any process I will check the stay order is ok not any fake doc.
Any website where I can check the stay order is issue by court only and correct.

we have surrender our office's telephone connection in the year april 2008 and have cleared all the outstanding bills. recently we received notice from the service subscriber that the bill for amount of rs. 60,000 for the month of november 2007 is due and the same is confirmed by the company. i just want to know that after 3 yrs service subscrber company can demand such amount without giving any proper explanation for such delay. please member kinldy guide me.

Whether a defendant can file a subsequent (2nd) application under Order VII Rule 11 while his previous application is pending.

Dear All,
I have written a service agreement for 3 years. If not company wants me to pay 5 lakhs. i was left the company in the month of Jan'11 without intimation. Now i recieved a legal notice to pay 5 lakhs with in two weeks. But i am unable to pay the amount as i am financially weak. The company is having all certificates.
Pls suggest me to come out of this problem and to get my cetificates

Bigamy case
I am from Punjab and got married to my husband in 1984. He is an army officer and i am a house wife. We had a daughter in 1985. In 2008, he forcefully got married to another women without divorcing me. He suppressed me and my daughter by threatening and beating us. My daughter was studying at that time. He threatened me by saying that if i raised my voice, he would stop funding my daughter's education and if needed also kill her. Now after 3 years, my daughter is standing on her own feet and is married. Today i have nothing to loose and hence have decided to raise my voice against my husband. I want to take a legal action against him. Please guide me. Also, my husband has a son from that lady (2 months old). He has straightforwardly told me that he would not give a penny to me and my daughter from his self acquired property and would give everything to his son and the 2nd lady. Infact, there is plot in uttar pradesh which is registered on my name, however he has kept the registration copy and has refused to give me that also.
