dear experts,
one of my friend A gave Rs.1,50,000 to B, with 2% interest made out unregistered agreement, B tell at the time of i will refund with in one year, but B is not obey the as per agreement, its almost 2 years over, till to date B not refund, A have only agreement,
now what are the step will take to B, as per agreement date is expire, if any valid is there to recover the money, kindly advice us.

a case wes filed by A and dismissed by Single Judge, finding that it is similer with X's case and X's case was dismissed onj similer issues.
A appeal to division bench and it also dismissed and upheld single bench's decision.
Now A remained silent.
X by way of appeals went to the Supreme Court and case was decided in X favour.
When it came to the knowwledge of A.
A filed LPA with additional ground that X case has been decided by SC on similer issues (High court has ACCEPTED and also mentioned in the judgment that case is similer with X's case) A filed LPA with prayer to review/recall the Order passed by division bench BUT it was again dismissed as Court held that he did not challanged the judgment and therefore it attained finality.
main query-
Which points of law can be raised before Supreme Court that X's casev has been decided in favour of X and A's claim is similer to X's. (Already accepted by the high court in its judgment)
I need to establish that the present case is exception to the principles of Res judicata.

We had a freehold property purchased by my father in year 2000. Out of my knowledge My father made a registered will in favour of my brother in year 2003. Than in year 2007, he made another registered will of same property in my favour without mentioning any description of his previous will in the new will. He gave me all property papers and the copy of his latest will to me. He died in 2009. In year 2010, having understood being owner of property, i sold it.
Now when my brother came to know that i have sold the property, he is demanding his share.
How can i safeguard my interests?
Who is the actual owner in legal terms?
Can my brother challenge me in court?
How can it impact me in terms of any penalties of selling it without taking consent of my brother?
Can court reverse the deal i made?

pls explain.. if application is allowed still indigent person is required to pay process fee etc..is he not absolutely privilegd to pay till he succeed or lose.rule 15 o 33 creating doubt

in a consumer case reverted back to cdrf by the state commission,it seems that the original cdrf file is missing or misplaced,as the case is getting postponed for the past 5 months for want of the file from the state forum. The case is now again posted for Oct 2011.
Meanwhile the complainant who is pleading the case had a heart attack and undergoing treatment.
Now is it ok,if the complainant himself sent a request to the president of the state forum,with a copy to the cdrf to sent the file back to the cdrf urgently?
Suggest any other remedy to expedite the case in view of the poor health of the complainant who is pleading the case in person?

Electric pole
Sir,
There is an electric pole in the backyard of my house that may prove dangerous anytime as it is about to fell coz of rotting at the base. Now that i approached the authorities, they are saying that they will erect another pole at the same place but will not shift the place of pole as there is no other alternative for this. And there is infact no other alternate place to erect pole. But since neither the land has been acquired by the department for the purpose nor they have any right over it. plz advice me how can i get rid of that electric pole?
