Will registration

Just wanted t know how much need to pay the registration charges for will registration at Delhi (North Delhi). Also please note earlier also we have paid Rs. 750/- but due to non availability of witness we unable to complete the procedure. our advisor ask to pay again the same fee of Rs. 750/- to get new date and we paid that time we came to know that Registrar is going on leave so he has given new date and our advisor ask us to pay further the same fee. Just wanted to know that either fault from our side or from dept side everytime we need to pay the charges or the same one time charges is sufficient. Please advise as we very badly stuck with this. Also Please please advise : 1. How Much need to pay for appointment with Registrar. 2. Any other charges i.e registration fee/Stamp Duty etc. Please advise.

Require help to submission of digital evidence.

I'm fighting my case in person. I have submitted the evidence in civil matter (Marriage Petition). But court is not accepted that time because it's not as per 65B Certificate format. Other party advocate cross-examined the me. Now, I'm looking for submit 65B certificate for digital evidence which already submitted. But court is not allowing because cross examination is over. It's pertains note that I have not submitted pursis of evidence close because 65B certificate submission is pending. Also, respondent and other party is taking objection that cross examination is already completed. Hence, 65B certificate should be not allowed. I have already submitted application of open my examination which pending now.

Please let me know what should I do?. Please share me if there are citations regarding same.
Also, please let me know if there is provision of submit 65B certificate at any stage in civil matter.

Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

Macp

Sir,
My dad had filed a suit in 1998 for Accident Claim against GSRTC and in January 2018; lower court allowed the claimed; but we didnt receive a single penny. In 2018 September, GSRTC filled an appeal the notice of which was received that the claim amount passed is not viable.. After 2-3 hearings; when I see the status online it states the date of next hearing and in July 2019; we went on hearing date but the case was not taken up stating that the notice to the opposite party is still unserved... And till date; no hearing date is updated nor we have received any notice; may I know that what if notice is not accepted by the opposite party ?? We are losing interest also, because the amount is deposited in lower court after first hearing... What shall I do to initiate the proceedings again ??

Appeal on motor accident compensation order

Referrence is made to my query dtd 04/12/19.
My nephew(suppose A) a school teacher was riding his motor bike along with a co-teacher(suppose B)as pillion rider.suddenly from opposite direction a chakhado rickshaw came with high speed and hit them.both of them fallen on road as injured and brought to hospital by 108 ambulance.
'A' got head injury, facial injury, fracture in leg, later on shifted to his home Town and under treatment for a long time.'B' got multiple injury & treated in hospital.
'B' filed a compensation claim in tribunal against 1) chakhado rickshaw 2) 'A' 3) insurance company of 'A's motor bike.
My queries were-1) A could not defend as he did not receive summons.
2)can a pillion rider allege rash driving against the driver with whom he is riding?
All the respected lawyers Mr S b Karma ,Mr Sankar Narayanan and Dr J CVasistha
given valuable advises &suggested to engage a local lawyer.
I will do so but before that I get some guidance I will be highly obliged.
A few line from Hon'ble Judge's observation while reasoning the Award.
"It is true that the notice could not be served on the driver & owner of the motor bike,
however, due to that reason it can not be said the motor cycle driver was not negligent.Further it is true that the F.I.R and charge sheet is filed against the driver of
Chakhado rickshaw but it cannot be said that the motor cycle driver was not negligent at all."
In view of the above
Appeal can be based on1)'A' could not defend himself in court of law because of not
receiving summons.2) F.I.R & charge sheet is against chakhado rickshaw driver only
not the motor cycle owner & driver.
(judgement passed nearly two years ago as composite negligence and all the opponents asked to pay jointly and severally)
