we are living in a rented house for the past three years and suddenly another person comes to the house and claiming himself as the owner of the house,we don't know about the dispute and the terms and agreement about our house owner and the new claimed person .Now the so call claimed house owner sent a letter to my organisation and asking to take actions on me.But the complaint they waived against me was totally incorrect and nothing was true in that complaint and they don't have any proof for the information provided by them in the complaint.so I want to know "is there any legal procedure that I can file a case on them for giving a wrong complaint on me and misusing my name in the organisation",and further I didn't put any (rent) agreement with my house owner till date.
The other party is threatening me to give the rent agreement and they are warning me that they will "file a case against me on collusion basis with my house owner"but i didn't put any rent agreement. Please guide me to resolve this issue

sir
i want to know limitation period to challenge registered documents.
in our case, my father got a grant of 3 acres of land for an upset price in1965.in 1997 some person impersonated my father and transfered it to his name and in 2005 he made a gift deed and transfered to his wife's name. we came to know it and filed a civil suit against him for cancellation of 1997 and 2005 documents and got temperory injunction from it's further sale in 2008. in2011 he got injunction vacated, and we challenged the order in high court. within that time he sold that property to another person on 56'th day of its order.
i want to know in our case, is it necessary for us to challenge registration of documents within pendency of case and is there any time limit to challenge it.
awaiting your valuable suggestion in this regard
thanks.

Father not giving property --wants to sale
Dear Sir,
My father purchased some property on my name when I was a kid, now he says he don’t want to give it to me. Either he wants to sale that or want to give to his brothers children who are moving closely with him, right now he is staying with them. My question is can he do that legally? Can he make a WILL or gift deed for them? He says it is his earning. I am 32 years now. Please advice, thanks in advance.
