What's the value of a pronote without stamps on it? Can a civil suit under order 37 of CPC be initiated on the basis of such a pronote without stamps on it? Also a signature of the issuer is required on those stamps or not? The signature of issuer is present on pronote but not on stamps that should have been affixed on it.
Is this technicality mandatory or not, or is it just an irregularity or is it an illegality?
A civil judge said to me that a pronote without stamps on it is just a piece of paper with no value of whatsoever. Is this true or not? He further said that if a pronote when issued was without stamps, and then later on when suit was filed under order 37 of CPC, the complainant put stamps on it for the purpose of filing the suit, then it means he committed forgery.
Kindly share your opinion on this matter?
Thanks.
Respected experts,
1. Mr.V had two wives K (first) and S (Second)
2. Mr. V begotten one son from K. K and son alive.
3. Mr. V begotten 2 sons and three daughters from S.
4. Mr. V is no died intestate; all his properties are self acquired.
5. Mr. S second wife in also no more.
6. K (first wife) claims half share in all the properties and also a share to her son in rest of the
properties.
The questions are:
1. Whether claim of the first wife is legally correct?
2. Whether all the children have equal share?
3. If not, what is the share they get?
4. Is the sharing shown below is legal and enforceable?
5. Can grand children also claim share?
v
First wife 1/8
son 1/8
Second wife 1/8
Son 1/8
Daughter 1/8
Son 1/8
Daughter 1/8
son 1/8

Note: 1/8 share of second wife is equally distributable Among her five children.

Dear Experts,
I am not able to recall exactly but I remember reading something like "any law that cannot be implemented in an unbiased and equal manner can be revoked/repealed" or something similar of that nature. Can anyone give me some pointers or some judgements in this regard?

I am health professional and worked at AIIMS, New Delhi and accepted an offer of one of Delhi Govt Hospital where I was medical examined by their Board. The chest X ray findings shows the feature of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension( P.A.H.) with no clinical signs there and my case was referred to Superspecaility Hospital of Delhi Govt
I was medical examined by AIIMS board at the time of Joining in 1998 where the same features of P.A.H has been ruled out in the chest X ray and case was referred to Cardiology Deptt. where i have been undergone ECG and Echocardiography test. The ECG test shows normal findings and Echocardiography shows Normal Study and was declared medical Fit..
My concern is that in AIIMS too I have been misdiagnosed many times by Junior Doctors till very senior doctor made me medically fit by labelling it as " STRAIGHT BACK SYNDROME". I am now afraid of will facing the same problem may be by their misdaignosis..If they wrongly suggest that surgery may be required and may be unfit..Whether I can challenge the same on the basis of AIIMS report before Court of Law..? Which Court I should approrach CAT or High Court..??Please advice

Injunction
sirs warm wishes,
Query: My client is one of the co- owner in the hindu undivided property. The property belongs to my clients father, the property still stands in the name of my clients father. My client is a lawful child of her father. Along with my client, there are 7legal heirs i.e. her mother, brothers and sisters. Now other legal heirs i.e. her mother brother and sisters are trying to sell the property without the consent of my client. Hence I had issued a legal notice and now prepared to suit for Partition and injunction. Please suggest some citations for interim injunction in the suit.
