Our CHS Chairman bought a flat adjoining to the society terrace and encroached on it and included the terrace to the tune of 3 feet x 10 feet into his flat. The Municipal corporation has issued a final demolition order in 2008. Till date nothing has happened.
Can such a person be elected as chairman & now he is also the chairman of the re-development team with his band of crooks of the MC as his team for the redevelopment committee.
He has also written off around Rs. 30,000/- for utilising the terrace illegally in the SGBM.
Kindly advise as to what all action can be taken against such a person who has signed the M-20 bond i think.
Thank you

vendee had filed for recovery of earnest money from me stating that my Title is not clear & marketable because I had only gift registeration deed document in my name from year 2008 of said residential property & who had registered gift deed in my name i.e for my husband there was no registered Title document in his name or any registered link documents for said property which comes under breach of contract.
1)In this situation Can I defend my case using adverse possession i.e saying that I had Title based on document of Gift registeration deed in my name from year 2008 that was given by my husband.Actually my husband got that property through unregistered mutual family settlement document of year 1989 i.e written in plain paper which also shows his entry of possession for said property & there onwards he started enjoying property by growing cattles & in year 2000, he constructed cattle shed & 4 side boundary walls around property & started enjoying said property continuously, openly, undisturbed possession with out dispute up to year 2008 more over he started paying taxes from year 2007 & it is continued till date of year 2011.In fact I matured my Title as clear & marketable byway of adverse possession(Total 22 years including undisturbe, open possession of my husband & me )
.Hence no need of giving earnest money back
My question is
1)Whether Can I can defend above case by using adverse possession.
2)PLZ tell any suggestions & remedies & any changes of my arguments for giving strong defend for my proveness

An order was passed by the consumer forum bu the other party didn't apply for certified order copy. Now after 5 months, they apply and get certified order copy and go to appeal saying that they obtained certified copy now.
The complainant had sent photocopy of certified copy of order after 15 days of passing of order through Speed Post.
Can the delay in filing appeal be condoned?

i file a suit for legal heirship about specific property of deceased. my prayer was that to declare just legal heir of decease person.. now some legal heir filed written statement that some other properties are also related to to deceased person which i did not include in the my suit. so now judge framed issues that either this property should be include in the legal heirship certificate or now.. but my prayer was just to declare the legal heir... so now my question is this should i submit application for correction of issues or not and under what order or section of civil law this application can b file?
