Mandatory injunction & wrong rti.

Sir
I am selected for Petrol Pump dealership in 2010 by Oil Company. In Jan. 2011, I applied for NOC in DC Office through Oil Company. After my efforts, good will & blessing of some good persons, I get all concerned NOC from respective departments, GOI, State Govt. On 14-10-2011, my file completed with all NOC & Final NOC to be issued by DC(DM).
But, my luck, on 31-10-2011, a fake person (No person found till now) filed a complaint against me in DC(DM) office & state that I already sold out the concerned land to someone else. I showed my LATEST Jamabandi(Revenue Records) against this and file reply in written that I have not sold out my land to anyone. DC offices make an enquiry from Tehsil office about this. But Tehsil office gives me a one month long date of 12-12-2011 to produce my land documents.
The person named Vijender (No person on address shown), file an RTI application in Fire office and get wrong information that A Brick Clin must be 300 meters from Petrol Pump. I strongly protested this with proof and DC(DM) ordered the Fire Officer to revise the RTI Reply. Fire Officer revised the RTI and submitted it in DC office.
The same person applied an RTI in Tehsil Office & asks information of my proposed Petrol Pump Land. Tehsil Office show wrong LAND MARK to show my petrol pump near to Brick clin.
Now, using both RTI (Unrevised Fire Office & Tehsildar), they file a civil MANDANTRY INJUNCTION suit against Me, DC(DM), Oil Company & Fire Office. The case is on fake & baseless evidences, but making me harass & delaying my work.
On the first hearing, The Fire Office & DM office not submit their reply to court, and ask next date. This is just to delay my projects.

What should I do against Tehsildar? He give wrong RTI reply to someone else about my proposed land of petrol pump.
How to deal with DM office, they not reply even in court?

Regards:

Tenant wont vacate our property

Sir, in year 2009, my uncle brought a property situated on the main road. The property had 2 buildings constructed one behind the other. The north block faces towards the main road and has 2 shops on the ground floor and a house above it. The south building is totally non-commercial. The two shops was already rented to a hotel owner. On the day of the purchase, the previous agreement of the hotel owner and the former property owner, didnt expired. So we waited. After the expiration of that agreement we(uncle and the hotel owner)decided to continue the tenancy for 11 months. We had the agreement ready, but due to acceptable reasons(like a kin's death) both the parties couldn't sign on the agreement. However 11 months passed away, we asked him to vacate the property, but he made excuses all the time. For 5 months it continued like that. Finally my uncle got pissed off, and demanded him to immeadiately vacate the property. After 2 days, he filed a case againgst us, saying we threatened him. He obtained an AD-Interim Injunction Order for peaceful procession of the schedule property. In the legal notice we got an attachment of copy of the 11 months agreement, and obiviously there is nobody's signature on it.
Then can such a Injunction order be valid, and also tell me, how can i sue him and how long wil it take to evict him? Please suggest!

Benami transanctions (prohibition) act

Respected Experts,

As per Section 3 of the BT(P)Act, property purchased in the name of wife and unmarried daughter is deemed to have been purchased for their benefit unless contrary is proved and such transaction is saved.

As per Section 4 of the said Act, if a property is purchased in the name of a coparcener of Hindu Undivided family for the benefit of all coparceners, such a transaction is also protected.

According to law, wife is not a coparcener of Hindu Undivided Family

My query is :-

1. Suppose in a Hindu Undivided Family, if husband purchases an immovable property in the name of wife with the joint family funds/nucleus, can the said transaction be challenged on the ground of benami?

I have a civil case whose facts i am well versed with and i have prepared the case along with my lawyer right till the case laws ...
1.When my lawyer will be arguing the case can i also argue the case with him or only he will be allowed to argue the case.
2. If i would have been a professional lawyer my self and in professional attire would i have been allowed to argue alongside with my lawyer in that scenario or not.

Contempt petition

Need your valuable advice on the following query on . A contempt petition was filed as an interim order of injunction was violated in 2008. Meanwhile the notice of motion in which the interim order was passed came up for hearing and the order of injunction was vacated in 2011. Will the contempt petition be disposed off in such a matter. It is still at admission stage.
