Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to know the validity of Saty order issued by lower court?
Whether any maximum time period have been specified in limitation act regarding validity of the stay order?
Whether it will revoke automatically or order by the court or anything else?
Thank & Regards

“A” - OWNER OF THE PROPERTY.
“B” - OWNERS SON
“C” - REGISTERED GPA HOLDER & AFFIDAVIT OF SALE CONFIRMATION
“D” - PROPERTY PURCHASED FROM C
Dear Sir,
1. “A&B” both of them sells the property to “C” though a REGISTERED GPA & AFFIDAVIT OF SALE CONFIRMATION ATTESTED BY THE NOTARY PUBLIC.
2. “C” sell the property to “D” through REGISTERED SALE DEED & “B” also signed as WITTINESS (But signature is different when we compared to REGISTERED GPA, but C can able to give witness in the court that he is signed in SALED DEED & we can able to prove that both the THUMB IMPRESSION are same (GIFT DEED & Reg GPA by “B”)
3. after 3-4 months “B” is creating a problem, “C” filled a CIVIL SUITE.
4. Now “B” is showing the paper that he got the said property from “A” through a REGISTERED GIFT DEED.
REGISTERED GPA & AFFIDAVITE OF SALE CONFIRMATION ATTESTED BY NOTARY PUBLIC ON 1995
REGISTERED GIFT DEED ON 2004
REGISTERED SALE DEED ON 2005
“A” property is self acquired property (Registered in sub registered office)
“B” is saying that “A” is not sold the property to any other party.
“A” is given the property to “B” as a GIFT DEED.
A, B, C, D are alive.
Let me know is it possible to file a CRIMINAL CASE/FORGERY CASE on “A &B”
1 “A” is already sold the property to “C” & again given the property to “B” as gift deed
2 “B” Thumb impressions are there in Reg GPA hence he knows that they already sold the property.
3 “B” filled an affidavit to court that they have not sold the property any other party.
4 “A” is mentioned in GIFT DEED that he is not sold property any other party.
Pls help us.,

I gave it for rent for Rs. 15000/- per month from 12-8-2011 for a period of one year and to be extended on mutual agreement. If the tenent continued, the rent will be increased At 10%. We entered into agreement on Rs 100/- stamp paper bit it is not registered. After completion of one year. i. e 12-8-2012, when he was asked to enter agreement , he refused to sign agreement.he was asked to vacate. and a lawyer notice was given giving 2 months notice as per agreement to vacate on 29-9-2011. Inspite of acknowledging on 30-9-2011, he did not vacate .He is also irregular in payment of rent since he occupied the flat.

sir,'A' has only unregistered sale agreement in year 1994 from 'B' & got in possession & started enjoying property openly & uninterreptedly up to year 2007 & in year 2007 ,'A' had given that property to his wife 'C' through registered Gift deed & till now both are in possession of same house. In year 2011,'C' made sale agreement with vendee & after agreement of 30 days, vendee filed suit for recovery of earnest money from 'C' stating that after enquiry & examining the documents it was came to know that 'C' had not get right Title from 'A' hence 'C' Title is not clear & marketable.Hence return of earnest money. But to tell truth there is no dispute on vendor Title & possession from last 17 ears .My question is
1)How can 'C' defend her case for not to give single penny to vendee since her Title had no dispute till date
2)At now,can 'A' become one of the party in suit with 'C' & defence this case by pleading of adverse possession.
3)At present 'A' did not know where 'B' or his legal heirs are living & it is impossible for him to find & catch them.So with out their presence, whether how vendor 'C'& his husband'A' can defend the case with adverse possession & with registered gift deed.
Note:Vendee also did not know where 'B' & his legal heirs are present & so vende did not made them as one of party in suit.PLZ suggest sir for winning of defendant

Thnx for reply from Shroff sir and Sethi sir
i happen to hear that tree that are to planted should be 1M away from boundary wall in residence area and branches should not go to neighbour area and even if it goes it is responsibility of that gentleman whose tree belong to ,in that case he is liable to cut that tree nor cut branches ,even if that tree roots hits my compound wall and turns upside down because of that root projection then in that case merely by cutting branches will not overcome this na.So is it possible i can request court to ask my neighbour to cut as that tree is not even 1m from my compound wall
Please advice

Trade Union Reference before Industrial Court is pending. Interim order in this Reference challenged before High Court. The High Court directed Registrar of Industrial Court to hold elections. He initiated the process also. Meantime, Letters Patent Appeal challenging the order of Single Judge directing Registrar to hold election is filed. Presently, there is no stay on election. In this situation, whether General Body of a Trade Union can appoint election commissioner and hold elections of office bearers?
