Notary without notary register is illegal?

Hello dear lawyers,

My Question is that is it illegal for a notary public to Stamp and notarize the deed without registering all the details in notary register and get the signatures of all the executors of deed.

This is mentioned in Notary Act 1956.

I have a civil case going on and I have to file a criminal case now, Can i make the notary public a party.Because in my civil case some very important deeds are notarized without our consent. In fact we were not present at that time.

THIS ACT OF NOTARY PUBLIC ILLEGAL? OR NOT?
WHAT REMEDIES DO I HAVE?

Requirement of summons in case of restoration of case

A civil suit was dismissed in default by the court due to non-appearance of both plaintiff and defendant. However, the plaintiff applied for restoration of the case within 30 days and the case was restored by the court. Now, is the plantiff required to send the summons to the defendant again or not?

Ep for money decree

dear learned experts,

Shortly I plan to file an EP against a public limited company for executing an arbital award (money). But I learn that the company is left with no assets to meet my claim.

While filing the case, can I pray the court for piercing the corporate veil of the company and make the Directors personally liable too,if I can submit proof for such misdeeds of the Directors ?

Civil matter

Nps account withdrawal

My husband is terminated from SBI in 2012 due to poor performance during probation. At the time of his termination, his NPS account has Rs 1 Lakh.
How can we withdraw the amount now?? NPS website says his account is frozen due to non funding of amount into his account and we need to deposit Rs 1000/- to make it unfreeze. Further, NPS website says that withdrawal is possible only after 60 years of age. There is no mention of the fate of candidates who had lost job due to various reasons like termination.
My queries are:
1. What is POP as when we log into our NPS account, it says that we should contact nearest POP. What does that mean??
2. Is there any way to get our amount as we are in need of money and we cannot wait till we reach 60 years of age as it is a long way to go (still 30 years)
