Stranger to will - questioning?

In a civil suit for declaration and permanent injunction, the plaintiff claims title in respect of two wills by ancestors

Defendant, who is a subsequent purchaser of the property, initially, in his written statement questions the genuineness of wills.

However, later he was made exparte as he not turned to examine the plaintiff. plaintiff also examined two attesters of the will.

Is there any recent judgment that the defendant - who is a stranger to the will cannot question the Will.

Vao - power

In a suit, defendant produces a document - a certificate issued by a VAO that a specific land belongs to the defendant.

1. To what extent that certificate is valid?
2. whether VAO is empowered to give such a certificate?

Revoke a commited transaction

I had a freehold property in delhi in my name. My bother was looking after me properly and so i asked him to get the property transferred on his name as i have no legal heirs. My brother prepared a sale deed and in the deed mention that i had accepted consideration amount from him to sell the property. The deed was with proper stamp duty paid and registered in sub registrar office signed by me. Though there was no consideration paid in actual at that time and in good faith yet i signed the deed.

Now after many years the behavior of my brother changed and not caring me at all.

Is it possible i can revoke that property transaction done by me in good faith? What is the best option for me.

Implementation of will

With respect to all of you sir, please let me know the following.....Can an administrator-cum father act and implement the provision of the mother's WILL ( it is in question ?) and transfer the entire property on his name as mentioned in the WILL,without knowladge of the his son and daughter.

The son and daughter repeatedly had asked father for the availability of WILL after mother's sad demise but father had told them only after the property is transfered on his name.( after 8 years of mother's demise.)

The son and daughter, both know that, certainly there has been some malfunction in this matter. This WILL can never be so one sided as they knew their mother. She was caring and loving to them.OUR QUERY IS....

1) Now that the property is transferd, what step should son and daughter are suppose to take.?????

2)Is it not illigal to hide mother's WILL from son and daughter before action for imlpemention of the provision had taken place ?????what are the provision in the law-books regarding matter like this ?
