If i entered in to a sale deed, whether the stamp duty has to be paid alone for UDS of land or both UDS of land and incomplete building?

Credit card dues and house loan

I have a running housing loan with the ICICI bank since 2002. Along with the housing loan bank also issued me a credit card. Later they have also issued an add on card to my wife, which was never used and returned to bank.
During the year 2006 stopped using the credit card after clearing the dues. Later during December 2011 ICICI bank officials contacted me over phone and stated that there is an outstanding on my credit card and needs to be cleared immediately.
Further on lot of follow up they have also forwarded the statements in bits and pieces. In the meantime I have communicated them in writing rejecting the alleged outstanding on credit card through mail. After that Bank officials are threatening that they will attach the oust standings on credit card to my existing house loan.

Would like to know as follows:

1. Can the Bank initiate action for recovery of alleged credit card dues after a gap of 5 years without any communications? There were no communications from the bank for about four to five years from the bank.
2. Even if I do not accept\acknowledge the dues on credit card, can ICICI Bank attach alleged credit card dues to my existing House Loan?
3. What is the legal remedy available to me?

Cancellation of gpa

Dear expert,
We 5 persons purchased a land jointly with equal share in 1989, in the year 1990 we all 5 people have given GPA to one known elder person for convenience, in the year 1994 one of us (principle)has cancelled the GPA to the extent of his 20% share saying that the agent is using GPA for what he was not authorised for, My question is will the GPA cancelled by one of the principle is still valid or becomes null and void, if it becomes null and void can you please provide me with some citations/judgements.
Thanks.

Jurisdiction of court

Sir,

We have office at thane and we have despatch material from Bhiwandi to Pondichery through transport company.

But the transporter lost the material. So we have filed the case against the said transporter in Thane court.

The transporter is saying that on L.R. it was mentioned that only Coimbatore Court has jurisdiction in this regard.

So can anyone guide actually which court has jurisdiction and also can give copy of order passed in such type of cases for study.

Regards
