Dear Experts,
A person who used to work in State Govt of AP has expired after his expiry the legal heirs came to know that he has taken the personal loans in the banks and in private chits and the total amount of the debts are near to 6 lakhs but the final settlement amount of his service is only of 2 lakhs that is full and final amount of gratuity etc., and the person who has been appointed on compassinate grounds his net salary is only 4500/-pm..some amount is already deducting from the salary of the person who has been appointed on compassinate grounds.
My question is that in 2 lakhs itself can we settle for banks and chits stating that this is the final amount receivable from his service and they need to adjust in the said amount as the person who expired has not left any property so that the legal heirs can sell it and pay to them.
Pls advice how can we close this issue its pending from past 3years and the interest amount is mounting up month by month and the issue is not getting solved.
Pls advice how can we settle this issue.
Thanks in advance

Sir,
My father has registered a document on 8 september 2006. The document was done on stamp paper of Rs.100, which was purchased on 10 April 2006, which means that document was done near about 5 months after the stamp paper was purchased.
Sir, my question is that whether the above said stamp paper is valid for above document. We are staying in Pune, Maharashtra.

best advocate for contract matters and with experience to get FIR lodged through court against breach of contract.
I am going to purchase a land of 2160sq.ft out of 56 decimal in West Bengal. The owner of this land was died and his name recorded in BL & LRO office and his five sons have given "power of attorney" to two persons who are going to sign(not his sons/successors) in the day of deed registration with me.Please let me inform (1)WHAT THINGS SHOULD I INQUIRE BEFORE DEED REGISTRATION? (2)IS THERE ANY NEED OF SIGNATURE OF THOSE SUCCESSORS IN THE DEED? please inform me the total procedure when someone, who has "power of attorney", is going to sign in the land registration deed because I am afraid of the honesty of that two persons as they land-agent and heard as fraud. THANKING YOU.

Tenancy in maharashtra
That A the old aged lady had 2 property in village of Maharashtra
Presently she residing with her sister at City and in both properties she gave part of it to her nephew for residence and shop respectively.
Now both the nephews were taking the disadvantage of her old aged destroyed her rest of the house.
My query is what suit I have to file because in Maharashtra the “Maharashtra Rent Control Act” does not attract in villages
Whether I can make pleading that both are the tenant and I can file suit for eviction and possession of part premises
Whether it is necessary to issue them notice as per the provisions of Transfer of Property Act though the matter is very urgent and the summer vacation is commencing on 7th May
Pls guide what to do urgently with provisions
