can you help me with the following moot court problem urgently (plaint and WS)and related question to be asked:-
"The following advertisement appeared in the The bharat Times dated 15thJune, 2010
" A reward of inr 15000 will be paid by Relicop Pharamaceuticals Co. Linted ( company) who contracts the emerging HINI flu or the relate virus, after havingtaken their pill daily for three weeks as per the directions printed on the box. We have a hunder percent success rate for the pill for the last season of flu related disease. Address Reli cop, Tansen Marg, New delhi.
Mr. kachu, residing in Ahmedabad saw and the above advertisement and believed the accuracy of the statements appearing in the adversement. His son Rishab, aged 12 years, was down with fever and was taken to their family doc Mr. Nada . he then made Rishab take the 3 weeks course of the pill. Dr. Nanda had no knowledge of the said advertisement. However despite having taken the said course the medicine Ribsha contract HINI flue on 27 th July, 2010. Mr. Kachru on behalf of his son wrote to the company about his son contracting the HINI flu and asking for INR 15000 as promised by them in their advertisement. The company denied the amount saying there was never a contract between Mr. Rishab and the company due to the following:
(i) Mr. Rishab is a minor and does not have capacity to enter into a valid contract.
2. Dr. Nanda while prescribing he pill to Mr. Rishab Kachru was not aware of the terms and conditions prescribed in the adversitemnt
3. Mr. Rishab did not communicate his acceptance to the company and
4. The contract was concluded in Ahmedaband where as it should have been concluded where the offer was made i.e New Delhi.

Respectede Sir/Madam,
I am defending charge of 138NI.last week i have been granted bail after summons.
I want to know following from you learneds,
1) Can i apply to transfer the case to a court within jurisdiction of my place of residence, my branch bank (My cheque was "at par" both bein closeby and the court within approximately 6-7 Kms because i it being very far(about 70 Km) from my residence as iam handicap,jobless and i have to use various expensive modes ro reach.The complainant has reasoned that police station where they filed complaint and his office being within the jurisdiction of court where the complaint is filed.The complainant had initially harassed by filing police complaint in jurisdiction of his bank and residence both closeby
2) The annexure attached to summons did not bear signature of complainant & advocate.What i should do?
3)The demand Notice was sent to me after 20 days after date of my bank memo f "Payment Stopped".What is the lawful period within which period the demand notice needs to be sent?
LASTLY Please tell me how i can add to the query and clarify after or during answers from you experts.

While buying a plot, should I show the latest owners of the boundary plots in registration deed? Current registration deed shows only the previous owners of the boundary plots as they have sold the plots later. I could not get the address of new owners as they are not in India and no contact info. But the document writer is insisting for the address of latest owners of boundary plots, and his version is that we have to update the boundary owners info each time a new registration deed is executed. Can't we execute a new registration deed without updating the boundary owners info, which is shown in existing deed, evenif it has been changed later? If no, where can I get the details of current owners of boundary plots? Please tell me the procedure also.

the honorable court had attached the salary of the central government employee to deduct Rs 1,00,000/- the department of the said employee stop to deduct the salary after 24 month with out prior permission of the honorable court. know let me know what to do

163. Scheme for payment of compensation in case of hit and run motor accidents.
(1) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make a scheme1 specifying, the manner in which the scheme shall be administered by the General Insurance Corporation, the form, manner and the time within which applications for compensation may be made, the officers or authorities to whom such applications may be made, the procedure to be followed by such officers or authorities for considering and passing orders on such applications, and all other matters connected with, or incidental to, the administration of the scheme and the payment of compensation.
(2) A scheme made under sub-section (1) may provide that-
(a) a contravention of any provision thereof shall be punishable with imprisonment for such term as may be specified but in no case exceeding three months, or with fine which may extend to such amount as may be specified but in no case exceeding five hundred rupees or with both;
(b) the powers, functions or duties conferred or imposed on any officer or authority by such scheme may be delegated with the prior approval in writing of the Central Government, by such officer or authority to any other officer or authority;
(c) any provision of such scheme may operate with retrospective effect from a date not earlier than the date of establishment of the Solatium , Fund under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939) as it stood immediately before the commencement of this Act:
Provided that no such retrospective effect shall be given so as to prejudicially affect the interests of any person who may be governed by such provision.

WHAT IS THE RULE IF A A PERSON IS DIED OR INJURED OWING TO ACIDENT REGARDING FILING OF CLAIM.WHO WILL FILE CLAIM? PERSONS LR IF DONT TURN UP DUE TO BEING AWAY FROM INDIA THEN CAN OFFICE-IN-CHARGE WHO SUBMIT REPORT U/S 158(6) IS TO BE DEEMED TO BE CLAIM PETITION OR SOME OTHER PROCEDURE.
IN OTHER WORD WHAT IS TREATED AS CLAIM PETITION AND BY WHOM?

i AM LIVING IN DELHI . IN OUR COLONY SOME PEOPLE REGISTERED RWA(RESIDENT WELFARE ASSOCIATION) IN 2001. NOW AFTER 10 YEARS THEY DO NOT DO ANY THING ABOUT COLONY.... AND ALSO NOT INCLUDE ANY PEOPLE IN THEIR BODY....... SO WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO GET OR ISSUED NOTICE TO THEM

eviction orders passed exparte as defendent /tenant didnot file w/s nor appeared on any of dates fixed and costs imposed by court for hearing on grounds of non payment of rent. his defence was also struckof. can appaeal be still filed without deposit of arrears of rent and costs fixed by court.
