Whether the following facts amounts to breach of privacy of defamation?

The Applicant has sought information from bank by the way of RTI on certain general queries which relates to operation, defreezing of account. The bank didn't respond to queries. The Applicant file the First Appeal before bank and the CPIO replied that these queries are in form of certain question aire and cannot be divulged under RTI Act.Then he file the second Appeal Application before the Central Information Commission. The hearing came after period of one year. The CIC gave show cause for denying information to the Applicant and gave opportunity to the CPIO for its defence. The CIC further directed to supply information to the Applicant..The CPIO contacted to the third party( his sister in law) and obtain letter that Applicant is trying to withdraw money from her bank account but concealed such letters before the CIC.The CIC finally imposed penalty on the CPIO.The CPIO Challenged the Order of the CIC by making Applicant as party before High Court and made wrong allegations on the Applicant by annexing the letters of sister in law.

The Applicant shocked to learn from the contenst of the writ petition and came to know that he has sought information o general queries and how can CPIO can go into such extent
The Applicant came to know that CPIO has checked the wherabouts of the Applicant and has nexus with his sister in law and her father and made conspiracy in order to defame the name

The H.C find no merits in writ petition of the CPIO and dismissed it

Therafter, the Applicant has made complaint to the higher officals of the bank and demanding enquiry of the Incident.Since CPIO is at good rank, the bank forward all of his complaints to his office and made reply in their favour

In such circumstances, what is the alternative left for the Applicant for filing suit? Whether this amounts to intrusion of privacy or defamation caused to him? Whether writ petition is maintainable?

Land acquisition

Can the compensation can be fixed without the consent from the land owner. If 70% of the other agriculture land owners agree for the amount granted, will the same amount be granted to the remaining team who did not consent for it?
I received a message collector approved 3 times extra value from registration value for the people who signed on consent. They are forcing and conveyed a message if we did not sign on the consent then we just get the registration value of the land and not the amount granted for the others.
Can this deviation happen paying different amounts to different land owners just because of consent?
My land is adjacent to the main road. Market value of the land is very high. Government is trapping the formers at interior location and getting consent for the compensation. The amount they are planning to give this interior area is too less for the market value at the main road. Government is planning to acquire 4 acres of land for unnecessary road formation which will go across my land and i will lose two acres nearly. I am the one effected majorly loosing most of the valuble land. Others having small bits, but they are showing as 70% agreed being number of them.
Please suggest

Money recovery from a domestic bpo

Dear Sir/Madam, I need your help in getting my money from one Domestic BPO for candidates sourced by me for them.

I got a call from the Assistant manager of the company to come and meet him and after having an initial conversation with him in his office and understanding the process and payout details and i was told that i will have to source the candidates for them first for around 3 months and then after seeing our performance the contract will be signed.

It was decided that we will source candidates for them and an initial email from them with details of their requirement was also sent to me on the 31/8/11.

It was also decided that i should send the invoice after 45-60 days.

After working for them for around 2 months and asking them to pay for the candidates who joined through us, the reply given to me was since we have not been able to get them atleast 10 candidates in about 2 months so they won't pay us and payment can only happen when there is a contract and they are not ready to sign a contract with us since we have not given then 10 candidates.

This is the first time a company is doing such kind of open fraud. I was even told by one other consultant that this happened to him as well and he asked help from one political party and took a letter from one political party and then he was paid immediately. I don't want to do this.

These people are doing open fraud with consultants and are not paying them for their hardwork.

I didn't do anything since i thought i don't have a contract and so i cant do anything. But after speaking to one Lawyer i was told that we can send a legal notice to the company to pay for the candidates sourced by us since we have the emails from them.

Please advice is it worthed to send them a legal notice and what are the charges for sending a legal notice and whom should i contact and will i get paid for the hard work which we have put in for them. The amount they have to pay is 12000.

What happens if they don't pay can we take them to court and how much expense will be incurred if the case is filed and will we win the case. This company has been doing this type of fraud for a long time i presume and have become experts in this.

The amount which the company has to pay is 12000. It is actually more but about 12000 is what i can prove.

I would highly appreciate your help.

Thanks
Manoj
