Hello,
I am an advocate.I wanted to take your guidance in a case. The details of the case are given under:
A,a company is engaged in the business of supplying goods to others via sea route. "A" engaged "B" (my client) clearing and forwarding agents to clear the goods and to deliver the same to "X", at dighi port. The goods were properly insured. There is no written contract between "B" and "X" with regard to the supply of goods. Since, they knew each other for a very long time and there exists business relationship between the two, "B" had supplied goods to "X". Now, the problem is "A" company is not traceable. "B" has spend lakhs of rupees for the transaction. "X" denies his responsibility for making payment. All the written communications were between "B" & "X".All business documents were executed between the parties as per customary commercial transaction
Now my question is whether "B" can recover the amount from "X" because he has supplied goods to "X"?
What is the correct position of law relating to the position of "B"?
Any decided cases in this regard?

Respected Experts,
In our company from sales department one employee has resigned giving false reason that his father is very ill, his resignation was accepted only on this reason, that after completing due formalities he has relieved with relieving letter and experience certificate. After inquiry we found that he has joined our competitor's company and misusing our confidential data which he has unauthorizly kept with him. In his appointment letter he has agreed that he never join our competitors. Now he not only using our confidential information but also solicit our employee, which caused adverse effect on our sale and we suffer very much loss. In this situation my questions are
1) Shall we initiate any legal action against such employee under civil or criminal law?
2) Shall we withdraw/canceled the relieving letter and experience certificate issued by us?
3) shall we send notice to his present employer regarding his conduct?
4) After due notice to his present employer shall we initiate legal action against his present employer for misusing our confidential information/data?

3) This property was auction in year 2006 by Municipalty of Mumbai as Devendra trus failed to pay all Municipal taxes on time.
My grandfather expeired in year 1984. Post that Devendra Trust were accepting cheques from us but never gave us rent receipt. We have paid our rent till 2002. Post that no body has collected cheque from us.
The person who has bought this property in acution from BMC has refused to accept our chque. He is denaying our tenancy right. He is sending bills on name of Himatlal Buch, who is my grand father but refussing to collect cheque from us.
Please suggest what should we do in this case ? Should we deposit rent in court ? Should we file case against Builder. ? My father is 80 years old now. We need direction.
