A person died living behind 3 sons and 3 daughters. All the 3 daughters are married since more than 30 years and alive. Whether they can claim their share over the property of their grandfather?
What is the law of sharing if there is any reference please advise.

Dear Sir
In the year 1954 land was acquired from my Grand father by the govt. This land was acquired to operate a Brick kiln to manufacture bricks for the lining of Bhakhra canal. In the award it was specifically said that this land is required to operate brick kiln only. After that the land is now lying vacant as there is deep digging upto 15 feet as soil was used to manufacture bricks. I read it some where that agricultural pastoral land so acquired and is no longer required as the purpose has been fulfilled can be taken back by the person whom it was acquired or their legal heirs..I don’t know the law please let me know what the law is to take back this land.where should I file a suit/ application. What is the latest law of supreme court to take back this type of acquired land
Thanks

Can an Affidavit duly sworned before the judicial magistrate declaring that I have received full and final payment can be withdrawn. If no, any citation of judgment will be more useful for understanding.
Thanks.

lakshmi has 3 sons namely 1)Ram,2)Raju &.3)satya In year 1985,lakshmi given her propety 4.2 acres of land through Will in name of Raju 2 sons say 'A' & 'B' - 2.1 acre & satya '1' son say 'C' -2.1 acre & that WILL also registered in subregister office.
Main contents in WILL are
1)Raju & Satya can enjoy the property of 2.1 acre & 2.1 acre till their death but no rights for sold the property.
2)After death of Raju, his 2 sons say 'A' &'B' get ownership rights on 2.1 acre & after death of satya, his only son say 'C' get ownership rights on 2.1 acre land.
Lakshmi was died in year 1988.But before her death ,Ram &satya become unique & created registered GPA for 1 acre land of Raju on name of satya in year 1987 & same land was sold to Mr Ram son say 'D' on 5 Rs stamp paper but was not registered.
In year 1989,Raju came to know that out of his 2.1 acre his 1 acre land was sold to Ram on 5Rs stamp paper by satya through registered GPA in year 1987.
In year 1989,Mr Raju had filed suit on Satya & ram for making fraud GPA & for declaration of Title.MY question is..
1)suppose If satya proved his GPA is Genual but clearly sold propery to 'D' is on 5Rs stamp paper but not registered as per property registeration act.If this is case, since lakshmi had died in year 1988 now whether satya can get ownershiprights on that 1 acre land as per registeed GPA
2)even lakshmi has no more, the GPA holder mr satya got ownership rights on that 1 acre land
3)What is the true position & situation of GPA holder of satya & Ram & Raju agter death of Lakshmi

In our society old committee is in existence for last 5 yrs and fresh election is due for electing new committee. But the secretary is avoiding to take fresh election saying he is capable of continuing his task without election. He is managing the whole show in good manner. But few members are jealous and suspect him for corruption. Is it necessary to take fresh election for new committee. If 2/3 of members are not present for agm then can we go ahead and choose the new committee.only 6 or 7 members come for agm out 16 member society.pl advise.
