Gift deed

My father made a WILL in the year 2008. He wrote in his WILL that after his death I would become the absolute owner of his house which is his self earned property. However after 1 month my younger brother came to know about it and he forced my father to make a registered gift deed of the house on his name. Now my father is no more and the possession of the property is with my brother, he refuse to acknowledge the WILL and says that now the house is his and I cannot challenge the gift deed.

Please let me know is there any way to challenge the gift deed now. Or will be unchallenged now?

Duplicate demand draft

can a duplicate demand draft be issued in lieu of old mutilated, beyond validity period, unpaid one on the request of endorsee ?
As per discussion of NI Act there are different views, but if answer is yes, how it can be assessed the endorsement is true or fake since endorser is nowhere in the light and there are various stamp of different banks on the back side of the instrument.
what precautions should be taken other than indemnity bond and non payment advise, before issuing duplicate one?
The DD in question was issued in Jan. 2008.

Evidence

That in contempt proceeding U/O39. R 2-A CPC RMJC proceeding the Applicant had filed the document issued by the Municipal Authority, which is exhibited by Court, without calling the person who issued that document.

Whether the non-applicant had right to cross-examine him by calling in witness box for rebuttal purpose.

If yes then provides the provisions and relevant case laws.

Tanking you
Regards

Ppf of huf

Entire sum in the PPF account of my late father's HUF has been withdrawn prematurely by the Karta (eldest son)with connivance of the Central Bank of India officials without my knowledge (myself being one of the coparceners). The said PPF account has even been closed at the time of withdrawal. Thereafter, a new SB A/c. in the name of my father's HUF was illegally opened in the Indian Overseas Bank (in connivance with bank officials) without following any of the set guidelines of the bank itself for opening HUF accounts and without any authorisation from other members/coparceners of the HUF. Thereafter, the said PPF proceeds were deposited in this account, then converted into fixed deposits, then loan taken against those FDRs, then all FDRs, were got cancelled at the instance of the Karta and the entire sums embezzled by the Karta. Complaints to Police have not been of any help either for obvious reasons. Please suggest possible course of action
