My wifes sister-in-law has blamed my wife for her marital discord and has held my wife responsible for her problem. Honestly my wife has not done anything but anyway now she has infoemed that my wife will receive summons in this regard.
sir i want to know what is the implication of the summon and do we need to hire a lawyer and how much time does it take or how many times do we need to appear before the court and the finances required for the same.
sir, We have yet not received the summon as yet, so can we take any action before we receive it. i would also like to know that can anybody issue a summon against anybody without any proof.
Waiting for an early response, please.

but he did only 10 to 15 percent of the amount of work and he frightened her , and the work was not at all did ever proper plastering was not done
she has given such amount without any agreement, part of amount in cassh and part of amount in cheque, is it possible to file case on him, it happened before 9 months

suit posted for final hearing. the entire contention of the defendant that the amount is paid by the plaintiff directly to a foreign bank. now cbi found that there is no such foreing bank exists. cbi asserts the said fact in their charge and CFSL report. i want to produce the certified copy of the said charge and CFSL report in the civil case. plaintiff evidence closed already.

The builder is overcharging the enhanced EDC/IDC then the Govt rates by manipulating the plotted area and adding the interest and penality etc.
Mothers property- daughter-grand daughter claim shares
"S"is a divorcee ( took divorce on her own setting husband Mr exparte) and having child "M" and jointly living with parents at their home.To protect titles & rights of child, as dad & natural guardian Mr exparte filed a suit for partitioning the ancestral properties ( i.e wifes paternal grandfathers property) itis pending before the court... meantime, it is noted that the mother in law also got her ancestral property share from her father vide a partition deed... ( means wifes mother has got her partition from her father.i.e wifes maternal grand pa).... now the question is as below:
1. As like the first suit ( asking for share in paternal ancestral ppty for the child who is great grand daughter) CAN ANOTHER SUIT BE FILED BY THE HUSBAND....ASKING FOR PARTITION IN THE WIFES MOTHER PROPERTY ALSO ......
2. Is is right that under succession act, FEMALE IS ELIGIBLE TO GET EQUAL SHARE IN ANCESTRAL /COPARENCY PPTS OF BOTH FATHER & ALSO MOTHER........
