Respected sir/Madame
I appear for respondent in a petition filed by the petitioner to declare him as a indigent person. I am resisting the petition on the ground that the very claim in the suit which is for damages is barred by the limitation, hence the petition has to be dismissed as per Order 33;Rule 5 of C.P.C.
Now my querry is when the very claim for damages is barred by limitation, what? is the purpose of allowing the petition to recognise the petitioner as a Indigent person?

Can any one cite me a ruling, whereby unregistered money lending document was not admitted as evidence???
My friend’s father has died recently; in his will he has nominated his only one son as his legal heir for his flat located at Kurla. However he has put the condition that my friend cannot sell, transfer or rent out the said property before marriage. Besides that if anything happens to my friend this property will get automatically transfer to my friends three aunts who are unmarried and was living with his father in that flat. My friend’s aunts also own one more flat in Vashi which was received by them from their parents and they are living their permanently, however after the death of his father they take the possession of the Kurla flat illegally. Further my friend also has a court decree which was passed at the time of separation of his parents wherein the Hon'ble court has directed that after the death of his father the said flat will get transfer to my friend's name. My friend has approached the society of that residential flat for getting share certificate on his name. They advised to submit the death certificate, identity proof and residential proof for such transfer. as per their direction he has submitted the requisite documents however the society delaying the matter for a unreasonable reason that the members is not available for conducting AGM and it will take 2 or more month to conduct such AGM for passing a resolution of transmission of flat. So under such conditions, will my friend get absolute ownership of that flat only by getting share certificate from the society? Or else he also need to obtained probate from court. Furthermore as my friend’s aunts are in possession of that flat what steps he has to take in case they refuse to vacate the flat who acquired it illegally.

I am a registered practisener under Bar council of Delhi since June-2002.At the time of registration I was residing on rent in Delhi, but now residing in Ghaziabad(U.P.).Being 10 year in practise I would like to opt for Notary registration.Let me know that I have residential documentary proof of Ghaziabad(U.P.)while registred in Delhi,In which state I will be elligible to apply for registration ? If I can only apply in the state of my residence then is it compulsary to transfer my file from Bar council Delhi to Bar council U.P.

Relevancy of documents
Ld Counsels,
Husband filed counter statement in the divorce petition filed by wife stating that he was threatened by wife's family members demanding huge money. during the pendency of the proceeding husband came to know that wife's cousin brother had criminal backgrounds and involved in economic offenses further defaulted in loans obtained from financial institutions due to which he got involved in the marriage dispute to cash in on it.
Even though there is a general allegation against the family members of wife will that be sufficient to lead criminal records of cousin brother as additional documentary evidence in the divorce proceedings that came to light after the pleadings were over.
wife also filed documents that were obtained in the name her cousin brother.
thanks in advance.
