I bought a room in 1990 after paying the amount to the land lord as per tenancy agreement. Society was formed in 1991 and I am a original member as per list of members approved by Dy. Registrar, Mumbai. In spite of my having paid the dues for bills issued to me I was never allowed to use the room as the secretary wanted it to surrender to him and even brought some goons who threatened me with murder. Locked the room and closed my business. In spite of my having given a letter to send the bills to my resi. I did not get any bills and finally my room was broken open in the year 2002 by the secretary and his associates. Registration of FIR was registered delayed for almost 2 years due to corrupt IO. Society is still not allowing me to use / rent out / sale the room although the civil case of 1998 against other room owners in which I was implicated post registration of FIR saying that my room is illegal is dismissed as with drawn. Society is on record in the court that it has not allowed me to use the room as it was illegal.Criminal case against the accused secretary and other is pending in MM's Court since 2005. I am willing to pay only property tax arrears provided society has paid it to BMC but once again I am made to suffer by the criminal elements in the society who are in control and they are not agreeing to it. Pl. help and guide as to what can be done to get over the problems as even Dy. Registrar is not giving me certified copy of By Laws of society with list of members due to rampant corruption.
Pl. advice me on following specific issues:
a) Am I liable to pay full charges as per bills issued to other members as I have not been allowed to use or rent out the premises? All office rooms are of same size only.
b) Pl. advice as to which court I should approach for filing a damage suit for Rs. 12-15 Lacs which I may have to lower to Rs.10 Lacs so that it can be filed in City Civil Court instead of High Court where it takes much longer time to get a verdict ?

What is the Validity of Doctor's Prescription in Legal Litigations ?
(1) If it has no registration number of Doctor ?
(2) If it is not signed by the Doctor ?
If there is any notification or Section which shows Validation of Prescription, Please guide me and give me the link for the same.

A & B married in 2001 in Gujarat.
But A was neither 21 year old nor B was 18 years old...
During one year after marriage, they got child.
Now,
(1) is it possible to Registration of Marriage ?
(2) How it possible to issue Passport ?
What should be done ?

my client and his friend gurdip singh are in jail appointed a general power of attorney(registered)to father of Gurdeep singh on which it has been mentioned, " No Possession of the property is given and no money transaction has been taken place" but on the basis of said GPA, father of Gurdeep Singh executed a sale deed in favour of Gurdeep Singh real son. when my cient came to know, he immediately filed a suit for declaration that the sale deed is declare to be null and void have no value in the eyes of law. the opposite party appeared and filed a application u/o 7 rule 11 cpc for rejection of plaint for want of court fee. i argued that i am still in possession of the property in question and i am not seeking possession of the property in question so i am not entitled to affixed ad-valorem court fee but the court allowed the application and directed us to affix the advalorem court fee. now i want to challange the order. whether the order is appealable or revision will lie. if appeal is lie can you provide any judgment or law.

If a person is convicted in a case long back , will it matter if he is a witness to the Will of a friend.Will his witness be treated in par with other persons in a court of law.

one of my clients has obtained a decree from court whereby his right to buy a property is established.....the suit regarding this right was filed in 1996 . Now the question is whether the purchaser will have to pay the stamp duty based on the then market value of the property or the current market value?

Not paying balance of money
Dear sir, I sold one house to someone and that person wrote on a stamp paper that deal has been done to buy house for A amount and same time he paid me advance of B amonut by cheque. He wrote that rest of amount he will pay in 90 days and will get registry done but taking me in his favor he got registry done within a week and paid me C amount of money. Actually amount A+C is the total amount mentioned on registry as value of property.Still half of money is balance to be paid but now he is not paying. 90 days are over and he says he'll pay next week and this is ongoing. My question is can I do something legal to get my money back?
