Plaintiff in one suit suppresses existing ex-parte injunction order against him in other suit

Hello,

The plaintiff in a suit has claimed to be in possession of a property as on the date of his filing the suit. It is a suit for specific relief.
He has concealed in his plaint that there was in operation an ex-parte temporary injunction order active against him as on that date (from another suit in another court where he was the defendant).
He has mentioned this other suit in his plaint but completely failed to mention the existence of the interim injunction order.
He has thus made a false claim of being in possession when another court had issued an injunction against him entering the property as on that date.
He has also suppressed the fact of this injunction against him.
Can it be said that he has not come to the court with clean hands.
Is he guilty of contempt of court in addition to liable to having his suit dismissed?

Land patta petition/application to transfer

Dear Sirs,
To whom, we have to submite the applicable for patta transfer in taluk office? We were using one poramboke land thru B-memo recepit since 1998. But somebody arranged patta on their own name(one govt.teacher) without our knowledge in 1999. We tried to cancell the patta giving petition to tahsildar, RDO and collector. Finally its reached to cancell stage. But still the ZDT is delaying the cancellation. Now,how can i move further? If the existing patta cancelled, how can i apply to get new patta in our name? to whom we have to apply? what are the documents need to be attached with application? please help me by replying thru this forum.

Thanks & Regards,

Submission of erronious documents in court

In a permanent injunction civil suite invoking questions of property , the petetioner submitted a registered sale deed of about 100 years old, originally in urdu including words of farsi. Along with this document the plaintiff also submitted a hindi version of it ( not translation into hindi but only change of LIPI ) . That hindi version made by him and submitted into court has
(1) at least six words which are wrongly written
(2) about hundred words ( sale deed originally is in 400 words ) i.e about one fourth of the matter is not included in its hindi version submitted by the petetioner.
This thing more or less distorted or shifted the theme of the sale deed. Plz tell -
(1) Does the plaintiff committed a crime in producing this erronious hindi version of the original sale deed.
(2) What the respondants advocate should do to get maximum profit for the respondants from this fault of the plaintiff petetioner
