Will

I have a WILL hand written by my father and the same was given to me by my mother which duly attested by the two witness in 2002. Now my sister want to challenge the will stating that it is not a legal will, as she has the notarised copy of the will no witness sign.

my query are as follow:
1) Can this will can be challenged after ten year, as she was aware of the will in 2002
2) can a notarised copy can be taken as a proof, though i have original hand written will duly witnessed with me.

Municipal cooperation water supply in flat

I’m a flat owner in Aurangabad(MS) where builder and land owner developed a building but we are always facing problems from land owner as he occupied parking with shops and terrace with flats and he also stopped common water supply. We launched previously case against him in court for parking, terrace and water supply but due to delay in proceeding he succeeded in harassment for water and due to that flat owners withdraw the case without any condition as per land owner wish. After that I took a new separate legal water supply connection from municipal cooperation for my flat and as per norms of municipal cooperation I gave this work to private licensed authorized plumber. But when I was taking water supply connection he started harassment and he stopped the work.
Now he is demanding 50000 rupees and NOC from me that I’ll never do case against him in future.
But I’m not ready to fulfill his condition. I approached to police but they are not showing interest and saying this civil matter. As water supply is essential commodity of life. Now I’m frustrated what I should do? Please give me suggestion so that I should get water supply as early as possible

Husbands claim without divorce

Sir,

My aunty ( father’s sister ) got married in 1955. But after 2 to 3 years due frequent disputes with her husband, she got separated from her husband and started staying with us. After that she never went to her husband nor any compromise took place between them. But officially there was no divorce case filed or any paper work done which shows that they were separated. But her husband got married to another women and they have two sons, while my aunty did not have any child from her marriage.
Now aunty died 2 – years back in 2010, while her husband is till date alive. She is having some bank balance ( in Lakhs ) and some house property in her name. She got the said house property from her father. Also the money is given to her by father.
Sir, my question is whether her husband is legally entitled to claim in her property. She has received all her property, money etc. from her father.
