Partition suit

my younger brother filed partition suit where he is the plaintiff and we 3 brothers are the defendants.
We defendants (3 brothers) filed a joint written statement, which I signed without reading. When I came to know that this statement (which is contrary to my interests and does not reflect the truth at all) exists, I filed for permission to file my separate statement. This was rejected, but appeal against this order was admitted.
At time of hearing of this appeal the judge forced me to withdraw the appeal and order was passed : "with permission to raise issues at appropriate time."
Now the other 2 elder brothers are trying to settle with the plaintiff and are asking him to withdraw the case. the 2 elder brothers have withheld my monies (my life time savings)
If plaintiff withdraws the case, what happens to me. Does the joint written statement goes against me and becomes a decree against me. I know that, in case of this sort, (i.e. partition suit) everyone is the plaintiff and defendant;
I wish to be advised:
1. Do I stand to lose everything in view of Joint written statement;
2. How do I protect my interest and get the truth to be revealed.
3. Will I get a chance to raise issues at appropriate stage,(as per court order) or will there be no appropriate stage once suit is withdrawn.
4. I was 40 years when I signed the joint written statement without reading - will all statements be null and void once suit is withdrawn? or will the joint statement be held against me and I do not get a chance to prove that it is wrong?
Pls advise
Thanks.

Mismatch of survey no in patta and sale deed

Hi,

I bought house on 2010 from vendor X and sale deed has survey no 176/2. Vendor X has bought the Land on 2001 from Vendor Y and that sale deed has also same survey no 176/2. Then vendor X constructed the house on the land and sold it to me.

When i tried to get the patta, Patta is in vendor 'X' name but survey number is 176/5. I also verified 'Ulladangal' and Chitta and all shows 176/5 as survey number.

Questions:

Can I get the patta in my name with sale deed that I have? what is the procedure to get the patta

Vacant dindoshii courts

What kind of judicial system and democracy we are living in as City Civil Courts in Dindoshi-Mumbai are vacant and do not have regular judges for almost 5-6 months to hear the pending cases. Is it not the perfect case of a rogue govt. harassing law abiding citizens who are compelled to approach courts. Pl. suggest what to do ?

Jurisdiction of court in execution of money decree

Indore court has granted money decree against two debtors, one with address in Hyderabad and another with address in Secunderabad.

Decree was transferred by Indore court to Hyderabad Court, and Hyd court issued notices to both the parties in Hyd and Secunderabad respectively, and finally, recovered money from the party in Secunderabad.

Now, Secunderabad party made this payment UNDER PROTEST and filed objection stating that Hyd Court has no jurisdiction over them as they are situated in Secunderabad.

Kindly advise exact law on this issue.

Important is that (1) Hyd Court has been sent the decree by Indore court, (2) Two parties are judgment debtors and it is only one decree which cannot be sent to two different courts, and (3) Hyd and Secunderabad are twin cities but practically, there are just a single city.

Will be grateful for help pls.

Impounding for stamp duty

Sir,

In the partition suit pending for final decree the opposite party filed unregistered and insufficient stamp duty relinquishment deeds purportedly executed by me. I denied execution of document and receipt of any consideration amount. I raised objection under Registration Act and Stamp duty hence the said relinquishment deed cannot be taken on record for evidence as well as cannot be marked as exhibit. After knowing the consequences of documents now at this stage the opposite party filed petition under section 33 of Stamp act for impounding of documents for stamp duty to tender the evidence. I would like to know whether the documents at the time of tendering for evidence I have raised objection, can the court now after impounding the documents send it to the District Collector for stamp duty and can court consider the same documents for evidence or for collateral purpose. Is there any clarity between for evidence and collateral purpose.

Please oblige and kindly advise me in such situation what is the remedy left for the party against whom the unregistered relinquishment deed has been filed.

Thanking you,
