A school has seized the mobile phone of a student and inspite of repeated reminders by his parents, has not returned the same.
Meanwhile, the student has left the school.
Can a school authority seized a mobile of a student as per their rules? If so, legal remedies to get it back?

Dear Sir/Madam, A house property devolved to my father, myself and my two brothers as ancestral property. issue is recently my father executed a gift deed,in which the above said ancestral property was made in favour of my elder brother and the same was witnessed by mother and younger brother. All this happened without my knowledge.Later on enquiry,I came to know that they deprived my right on three reasons i.e,1. I love married to different caste person. 2.they contributed some amount for my medication(fertility treatment).3.they gifted few ornaments long back.My query is, whether the above reasons support the waiver of coparcenary right of women as per hindu law. please suggest the course. -Mrs krishna.

Highly respected Lawyers:
Please give me a suggestion on how to lift a caveat filed by next door neighbor. He is constructing a building after demolishing his old building. He is not building the wall where the previous wall was there, but he has extended it further to our house which there was a free space of 8 feet of 40 feet inbetween our house and 4 feet of 40 feet. To that free space our window is there and our rain water and drainage line was there, now he is not living us to do any repair or construct our house. Which he is forcefully with money and power and with influence he is constructing it. On what measure, i can stop his work and ask for justice in court.. The corporation people have taken money from him and given the plan to his need and not helping us regarding this when we approach corporation regarding this matter and they are indirectly blaming on us. That we should not interfere in this as the said place belongs to him. On what measure or means there is a way to lift the caveat and temporarily inject the work which he is completing in hurry with the help of corporation. Please respected lawyers.. Please need suggestion from yours side.. Please help us out in this issue.. My father is retired and he is 70 years old.. Because of this issue, he has fallen sick .. Time limit for probate
Sir
WILL of my father was executed in Mumbai 10 years back. Probate was not taken as there was family understanding. Now need to probate has arisen due to family dispute. There is confusion. Some lawyers say probate has no time limit for applying as held by many high courts. Some say supreme court has held that limitation act applies to probate because no specific time limit has been prescribed for it. As laymen I am confused. Could experts please clarify the picture as to whether there is any time limit to apply for probate?
