In my case, injunction (that I could not enter my office) was granted in October,2010 ( 2 years ago).
I did not file appeal against this unfair order because of financial constraints ( and also, that I had got a job).
Now , I no longer have a job and it would be great to have a place to work from once again.
Is it possible to appeal after so long?
I am now 65 years old and the only job that I had ( for a period of 6 years), I have left.
Pls guide.

A mother has received a demand draft in name of her 8 yr old child ten days ago as maintenance of child from his father in court .How can it be encashed by mother now ?

This is to inform you that i was issued a cheque of worth Rs. 2 Lacs to party for purchasing plot but he suit upon with remark that he had given me cash against above cheque, no aggrement was written. Lower court has given case against me. Now,I am in appeal in session court for the last eight month. Secondly, plantiff has also filed case for recovery. I am in fix. Please help me and tell me that what i have to do.

Hello to all,
My firm filed a suit for recovery of an amount to the tune of Rs.19,87,600 from another firm in May 2011. In the court so far the examination of me, another partner of my firm and the examination of the defendant has taken place. The bone of contention is pertaining to a document i.e cash receipt which was issued to the defendant by us and which has duly been signed by the defendant.
Now my question is how should I prove that the signature on the document is that of the defendant when the defendant is plainly saying that his signature has been been obtained by fraud.
Please help. We have been cheated upon by this guy.

sir/madam,we r constructed ground floor in 1991 and taken regularized under BPS in 1997.
after that first floor constructed in this year and not taken permission from GHMC.So my neighbor compliant on this one.GHMC sent a notice for this.now what we do.some of persons said take the injunction order for this.the plot area is 105 sq.yd.construction area is 82 sq.yd.now what documents to submit for this stay.how many days or months we get stay for this. thank u.

Whether head of the member of joint family purchased land in the name of his wife is Shtri dhan.and also suggest the dicission of supreme court.

My father had rented shop 10-20 yrs back to a lady who has expired/passed away last year the rate at which it was rented was Rs.350 per month . the son of the lady used to sit in the shop but rent receipt was given to lady on her name.
Now we want to get the shop vacated as the same is required by us for personal needs . / if also we would rent than at prevailing market rates that would be around Rs.2000 p/ month.
The date from which the lady has passed away the rent has also not been received.
we had cordial relations with the lady as such had rented but now we donot wish to further rent it to her son @rs.350 . how can we put forward the same through notice / case.

How do i add myself as a party to already filed wp’s
Dear Experts
My query is that an advocate files WP’S in high court pertaining to execution proceedings and arbitration…He files WP’s for judgment debtors & another WP’s for true owners whose property was attached…(parents are owners)
My concern is that I’m sister of judgment debtor & I have my interest in property as I am also effected by these execution proceedings…also these execution are a nullity and without jurisdiction, hence I want to challenge this before the high court…
But I am confused how do I put forth my application to set aside execution proceedings…there are certain wp’s filed before the court…How Can I be allowed to add myself as a new party and how do I ask to allow me to file certain applications….what are these applications….are they new wp’s or something else…..i am indirectly trying to challenge already filed wp’s.
Please guide me……..
