If alterations/amendments are made in the Rules and Regulations of a society registered under Societies Registeration Act 1860 in Delhi and proper procedures are adopted by the Governing Body to approve such amenedments in the Gen. Body and members and also all proper procedures are adopted while filing of such documents with the Registrar of Societies,
1. Does this amendment will need the approval of the regsitrar or not if such an approval is not for change of name.
Thanks ...
Dear All,
We are facing a eviction notice from the tenant in the court of Small Causes Mumbai. However, since the past 4 years she has refused to collect rent. When we made application to the court to deposit rent at that time other relatives intervened and made application to court to not accept rent as they claimed legal rights in the tenancy of the flat. (they have also filed separate cases against us in the small causes)
My question is that how do we deposit rent to the court??

one of my friend entered into an agreement on 05.12.2003 to purchase a piece of land & thereafter he published a public notice in local news paper on 24.12.2003. One of the son of seller objected to it & published a public notice in contradiction on 31.12.2003. Subsequently, the sale deed was registered on 15.03.2004. Mutation proceedings were done in my friend's favour on 23.05.2004. Now in 2012 the said son of the seller has challenged the sale & filed a suit for declaration the sale deed null & void. In plaint, he falsely claims ignorance of the sale deed for more 8 years & says that sale deed came to his knowledge on 15.04.12 Whereas upon the death of the seller in 2007 the plaintiff & his brother got the balance land of same Khasra mutuated in their joint name but he has delebrately supressed this fact in the plaint to avoid Order 7 rule 11 CPC however in plaint he has mentioned the publication of contradiction on 31.12.2003.
Whether the suit is barred by limitation ? Whether it is hit by Order 7 Rule 11 CPC. For computation the period of limitation, which date would be relevant date of my friend's publication i.e 24.12.2003, plaintiff's contradiction i.e 31.12.2003 or date of registration i.e. 15.03.2004 or date which the plaintiffs claim for knowledge i.e. 15.04.12. What is the remedy for plaintiff's false claim about knowledge ? How, plaintiff can be punished for making false claim in the plaint ?
Is it true that cost of filing lawsuit especially for specific performance is calculated on the basis of certain percentage of value of property ?
what is the cost to file normal lawsuit?

Hi,
could someone help with this query about will.
my grandmother had written a will in the name of my grand father with rights to property. Now my grand father had written a will in favour of my uncle with rights to property leaving 8 others of his children. Both of them passed away.
My question is, is my grand father's will legally valid as he got the property from Grand Mother and not earned by him.
Regards.

Sir,
during the arguments my Lawyer (in Specific performance case) wrongly referred a case which was against us.
During appeal other party flagged that wrongly refereed case.

Dear sir
I took personal loan from one of the private finance ( not they're telling it's bank) at the year of 2003 and last payment paid at Oct 2004 due to some reason. (they collected two PDC at single time without any notice).
After that )ct 2004 i did not paid any EMI, now they're calling me over my cell told to me that i have to pay Rs.89K.
One and only doubt that it is possible private finance or private bank able to collect their out standing dues after six or seven years?
Please clarify my doubts.
