Need your help

Respected Sir,

There was a landlord-tenant dispute because of depriving us from our basic amenities.

I reported the same in writing to PS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Human Rights commission of WB, Women's Commission of WB.

So with a view to nab me my landlord has given me a false case under IPC-354 under a conspiracy with the local police.

My previous problem is as it was an new problem came up. Now I'm on bail and facing trial and my next hearing is on 13th Aug.'2013

Whereas I'm appearing for IAS, WBCS examinations. And my Sister-in-law is pregnant for 8 month. We are residing on 2nd floor. So its very difficult for us to make a repetitive use of washroom at the ground floor.

Landlord is also threatening me that "leave the rented room or I will give you many other cases where you won't get any bail". Its a long facing problem for last 1 year, we are not getting any support from anywhere. Kindly guide me on the same.

Dear Experts,

If there is a mistake in name due similar names in decree of session/district court how can it be rectified?

E.g. Instead of Madhav typist typed Madhvi

the whole picture is very clear that it should be Madhav.

thanks in advance.

Probate

DearExperts,
I have my father;s registered will since 16 years. It was registered in Delhi. I have only 3 questions from all experts:-
A)I believe it is not mandatory to probate in Delhi but why??? Any statute in this connection.???
B)If beneficiaries (Class I) heirs have acted upon it, does it still require probate if contested by an ousted Class I LR.??
C)Can Class II heirs (children of the beneficiaries) contest such a registred Will.
Thanks

Sec 16 and 18 of cpc

Plaintiff purchased a plot A from defendant who laid plots in govt land and not in the land showed in the sale deed by fraud and mischief. Govt removed the Plots.

When plaintiff questioned the defendant promised to give another plot B in lieu of Plot A in another area.

plots A and B are in different jurisdictions. Plaintiff wants to file case for declaration that the transaction in between plaintiff and defendant true and valid and binding of the defendant

and as a consequential relief to direct the defendant to executed sale deed with regard to Plot B in favour of plaintiff

please tell me the jurisdiction and if any citation.
