Dear sir
my and my brother having joint land of 2 acres,my brother is well to do,he his not showing any interest to plough nor to sell or make a sites,in front of our land some 15 gunta is in the name of our uncle he his not ready to give the n0 feet road so that it will help me make the sites,all sides of our land houses have been their,kindly advise me to separate from the joint registration and for a road.kindly do the needful.

You can sell your undivided share in the land. there is no restriction.
Otherwise you have to suit for partition to divide and determine your respective shares.

It shall be better to get the land partitioned through the revenue authorities which shall definitely provide the separate passage to reach to your land as well as separate possession as per rules.
