Hello,
I have given Some money to my friend as he required for his business. He Said me in good faith that he will return me back by 1 year. He failed to give me. While giving money I took a promissory note from him.
I am staying in Karnataka and the promissory note was brought from a stationory shop and I pasted 1 revenue ticket on it and got it signed by my friend.
Now Since, He is not giving back my Money I had filed a civil suit against him.
Can you Please let me know:-
1) How much strong evidence the promissory note can be.
2)Can on Basis of promissory note I demmand my money and the court can issue a order in favour of me
It has been around 18 months now no decision as come Do you think my lawyer is not going on the right direction or the case is taking the right time.
The Court has directed me to family court for settlement.

Due to nuisance of son, mother filed for Injunction restraining her son from entering her own house. The temporary injunction which she got as immediate relief says:
"Restraining the respondent from trespassing and causing disturbances by bringing stray dogs and cats and feeding them in the plaints scheduled properties."
1) Does it restrain him even entering the house, or does it allow him still live in the house without causing disturbances by bringing and feeding stray animals?
2) What she want is unconditionally restrain him from even entering the house. Is it possbile with this temporary injunction?
3) He continues to live in the same house even after serving the injunction. What could she do in this regard?

Dear Experts,
In a suit on promissory note, the defendant in his written statement had refused the borrowal and also denied the execution of promissory note but during his cross examination he categorically deposed as follows: “I had paid everything to the plaintiff and I have no dues towards the plaintiff as such I already orally demanded the plaintiff to return back the “suit promissory note” to me but he didn’t given it to me and in that connection I never issued any lawyer notice to him but I demanded only orally”.
Whether such a evidence let in by the defendant that he orally demanded the plaintiff to return back the “suit promissory note” but the plaintiff didn’t return back will amounts to “admission of execution of suit promissory note”?
Kindly advise me in this regard....
Thanks and regards.........
