I am staying in II floor of a Flat in a housing society at Koperkhairne, Navi Mumbai. The entire buildings was constructed by CIDCO.
There is leakage of water from ceilings of bath room and toilet from the III floor flat. I have informed the matter to owner of the above flat several times. Also I have written to the housing society last week in this regard
Recently the housing society had covered entire terrace with sheets and hence there is no chance for rain water falling on the walls. .
Still there is no solution for my above problem. Also the condition in bathroom is severe as there is water leaking continousely through the side walls.
Kindly look into this and suggest what is to be done to resolve the abovbe issue at the earleist.
A product was been purchased from market for which it was written that weight of prduct mentioned is 300 Gm and 10 Gm Free which means 310 Gm but the physical weight of that product is 300 Gm only.
Can any one cite case laws regarding the same

Respected Experts,
One of my known one filed a complaint, sec 18, with information commission and notice of hearing was issued. On the first date instead of attending the hearing he moved an application which was relevant and was required to be disposed off prior to beginning of hearing.
But the information commissioner disposed off the complaint at the first hearing without going into the details/facts mentioned in the complaint and also in the application moved. Actually, the information commissioners, as is apparent, being retired bureaucrats are soft and accommodating towards government departments and easily give them adjournments but when it comes to opposite side they dispose off his complaint/appeal without even providing him opportunity of one adjournment.
Now, i want to know that, my friend who is not economically in sound position, can he himself file an appeal in high court of Punjab & Haryana against the order/judgment of information commissioner and what is the procedure for the same.
I shall be very thankful to you for the same.

Dear Sir,
My uncle who is a bachelor is in debt. He had taken Over draft which he could not pay it on time. Bank had put his house on-sale (15 Lakhs is due), Uncle borrowed the money from a finance guy who is charging him 24% interest and repaid the bank. The property documents (worth 40L) in with the finance guy.
There is one anothe cheque bounce case (civil and criminal) which is in district court and it is for 8 lakhs.
I am planning to purchase uncle's property by taking a bank loan and help him in repaying the debts. Is there a legal issue in this sales transaction given the back ground of his debts and cases. I want to help him out. Please provide advise.
