Hi, One Tamil nadu govt school In my village, thats have upto 8th standard class only, village peoples plan to make that school as SECONDARY SCHOOL that is upto 10th standard class. Village people asking my land but some gang plan to take my 2acres fully,I have doubt that they may plan to take my full land and give small cents to govt and take remaining land to them. How to I handle it? My questions are 1. They must have authorized certificate for get my land( any govt order) 2. Wat will be and will not be in the agreement? 3. To whom I want to transfer my land like a persons or District educational officer? 4. If I give land to govt directly, govt give amount for that? 5. How to know howmuch cent govt need for build school. 6. Whom I want to consult? I like to give land for school, but I not like to be fool in it. Thanks in advance..

I am ready to pay legal expanses to get a recovery of my money
1] I had filed an Electronic I. TAX return for the AY 2012 2013 and after calculation the refund was due Rs 36000/- But till date it is not received.
2] Three months back I received a letter from I. TAX Bangalore office that in the year AY 2002-2003 Rs 4000/- is due in the demand register if I have any objection to wrote to them within 30 days otherwise they shall refund the balance amount.
3] I had the original receipts of the amount deposited in the bank and shown/copies sent to the ward ITO concerned and Bangalore he informed me orally that there is no such demand in my name and thus I got the copies of assessment order2002-2003 showing nil demands, however he said it is a mistake at Bangalore may be due to technical reasons.
4] During all these years I am filing my regular returns and getting all my TDS refunds in time but I could not follow after 11 years they have some for 2002-2003 objection and they have never objected in between these years
5] I filed an RTI to the concerned Dy commissioner I. TAX Department DELHI with Photostat copies of the orders of the ITO orders on nil demand.
6] The reply received was through the ward ITO that there is no demand and he forwarded the concerned RTI to Banglore Unit for further reply.
7] The reply came from Bangalore stating the ITO has definitely said that there is no demand but he has not corrected it in the computer system at his end, hence the return filed by me has not finalized as yet.
Keeping in view of the above of my case, can any expert guide me what should I do now because I am hanging in between 2 offices of the I.T.DEPT ?

is it public litigation suit.

A inherited property from her husband vide registered will and mutation sanctioned and then she sold property to B. During this C and D sons of A challenged Will and mutation and obtain exparte decree without impleading B as party. thus will declared null and void and mutation cancelled. now B has come to know this fact. what is remedy for him at this stage.

Dear Sirs,
In our village govt. has sanctioned a drinking water tank,however the work contractor and the concerned site engineer had constructed the tank in agricultural cultivated land with consent of that farmer. We objected stating that we have public land (space) in our village and in spite of that they have constructed it in agricultural land saying it is suitable place to supply water, we are worried that the farmer may trouble us in future by utilizing the water for own purpose as the title of the land will remain on his name. Neither the land is acquired nor purchased by govt.
Is there any way of gift deed or "Dan patra"
This case is of village in Belgaum dist. in Karnataka.

Insurance related query
My wife delivered baby girl on March 29.
Hospital used my cashless insurance policy
and informed me that insurance company agreed to pay 29K and i should pay
remaining 17K. I paid 17K by april 02
during discharge. After 3 months, my
hospital claims that insurance company
refused to pay 5K and now asking me to pay
it. I said its up to you and insurance
comapany and refused to pay. They are

suggest who is at fault and liable to pay the 5K
