respected sir/madam,
my father has 1 brother and 2 sisters.
before 28 yrs my dads grandfather had directly given all property to my dad legally.
my dad has done all education and marriage of their brother and 2 sisters.
now my uncle and nephew s had filed case against my dad for share in property.
my query - are they eligible for share in property?

whether objection as to dismissal or defect can be allowed to raise in execution case belatedly by the judgment debtor or not.

suit for declaration and for possession and for damages of Rs.20,000 p.a. for illegal occupation and use of property from the date of suit till the date of eviction was filed.
court fee was paid for declaration and for possession but no Court fee was paid on damages.
need it be paid court fee on damages at the time of institution of suit?
kindly explain, with citation if any.

I have Lended Money to a friend...but There is No Proof.

A HUSBAND DEAD IN 1981 WITHOUT MAKE A WILL.HIS WIDOW WAS MAKE WILL IN 1982 AND SHE DIED IN SAME YEAR. IN HER WILL HE GAVE WHOLE PROPERTY TO HER LITTLE DAUGHTER OUT OF TWO OTHER DAUGHTER.THIS TWO DAUGHTER DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS WILL.IN REVENUE RECORD ( LIKE 7/12,8-A)HER HUSBAND'S NAME WAS RUNNING TILL 1997. IN 1998 MAMLATDAR ADDED THREE DAUGHTERS NAME IN REVENUE RECORD.BUT LITTLE DAUGHTER CHALLENGE THIS ENTRY AND MAMLATDAR HAD CANCEL TWO DAUGHTERS NAME ON BASE OF HER MOTHER'S WILL.AND THAT TIME TWO DAUGHTERS HAD KNOW ABOUT THIS WILL.THIS TWO DAUGHTER HAS FILED SUIT IN 2011 IN CIVIL COURT,IN 2013 COURT ADMIT THE RIGHT OF TWO OTHER DAUGHTERS ON THIS PROPERTY.BUT COURT REFUSE THIS SUIT DUE TO LIMITATION.MY QUESTION IS THAT TWO DAUGHTER WERE KNOW ABOUT THIS WILL IN 1998.HOW CAN LIMITATION APPLY IN THIS CASE?BECAUSE 12 YEARS TILL NOT YET OVER...

my father is over 60 years of age.and has several diseases like high B.P. ,diabetes,heart problem..in 2008 my elder brother got married,after mariage his wife startd fightng with my mother and father,due to this my father disownd my brother and his wife from my father's self earned property and my brothr startd livng on rent with his wife..in oct 2011 they came to our house to ask their share in property,after 2-3 days my mother got hospitalisd and died ,the cause of death was poison in pm report.bt we dint file any police cmplaint due to social presure..in oct 2012 my brother and his wife again planned to kill me and my father and attackd on us at nyt time with my brother's in laws..we got injurd and filed a case undr 452,323,147,427 etc..against my brothr,his wife and others..jst 2 days after my brother's father in law filed a 498a case against my brother,me and my father,though my brother is staying with his wife only..after 2 month my brothers wife filed a DV ACT case on my father and me..and one more fake case undr 156(3) accusng my father and me for sexualy harasment..all the cases are in court,it is clear they filed all the cases on me and my father after our FIR on them..i cant see my old aged ill father roaming here and there when he did nothng..jst our law has given a Brahmastra to daughter in laws to harass in-laws..my brother and her parents are usng this Brahmastra against us for the sake of property..she has demanded residnce order and an amount of 50 lakh..is there any law in this country for senior citizens to avoid huge harassment by their son and daughter in law..when son and daughter cant look after their old aged parents so why should my brother's wife can claim over my father's hard earnd property..and only for the sake of money and property why our law has given so much legal options to harass them..when husband is living separatly with her why she is filing case undr Dv act,498a ..and askng maintainance etc...can we do legaly anythng on ground of my father's old age /senior citizen..against my brother and his wife.

my father my uncle have property partition but unregistered on 1996 after few years my uncle dispose 75% of his part right now he is threatening us to give money otherwise he going to file suit on us. Is that possible after he dispose his part...
