Break of contract.

Respected sir/madam.
Iam into event management business, here i send artists for shows out of india for dance performance. Before sending them out i do have a contract agreement duly signed by them, eventhough my company is not registered one.It was running smoothly till recently two artists failed to fulfill the agreement and ran away by taking payment of 1.2 lakh each and they both happens to be sisters.Initially police were reluctant to entertain my case terming it to be civil matter but latter anyhow i succeded to get non dated cheques from their brother for Rs 2lakh.
And the real trouble started now as the artist don't have permanent address here in mumbai and they are from UP ,and the bank whose cheque given by their brother is of from U P branch. For sure i know that cheque will bounce since one bearer cheque i presented to bank here returned due to no funds in account.
Now my query is, which is better place to file case if all cheques bounces, mumbai or their permanent place UP..and there is any chances of my unregistered company agreement is quashed from the court?.and chances of recovery of my money.
Hope experts will give their valauble time to read my long query and provide me valuable suggestion...thanking you.

Small cause court

Dear Sirs,
The Plaintiff has not paid proper stamp fees.
How to prove that?
I have raised this point in my amendment of Written statement and is now one of the issues.
After that Plff has just filed evidence after a lapse of 2 years.
Can I insist that the proper stamp fees be paid before the case proceeds further.?
Pls guide what steps I should take so that I get a positive result.
I have tremendous financial restraints to fight this false case.

My Grandfather (B, died recently) survived with 3 sons (C, D, E) and 3 daughters.

My Grandfathers inherited property is yet to be divided among his 3 sons.

1) Me (only son of C) has any right in the property?
2) Who will have rights on the property? Great Grandsons or Grandson?

Please provide information.

Ammendments of pleadings before final argument

Plantiff filed app.of Or 6 R 17 after commencement of trial just before Final Argument in the suit of specific performance where he want to replace the cosharer of the parental property as the agreement signed by only 3 of 5 cosharer including father of HUF and fathers signature is enough to grant the decree of apecific performance of agreement. The father is having possession of 50% of share in the property and rest of the 50% share purchased by one of son who has not signed the agreement. Please guide me on these points-
1.Is part performance is allowed by court for parental residential undivisible HUF property?
2.Is the agreement is complete as it was not signed by a son and his mother but they were party to the unregestered agreement dated 14/4/2000?
3.How can a trial court allow an ammendments in pleadings to replace the cosharers of the HUF residential undivisible property?
4.The case filled by the plantiff is for only half of the share of the property and rest 50% of share was purchased by a son who has not signed the agreement.
Please help me to find matching rulings of SC in this matter.
Thanx a lot.

Transfer of property

Hi Experts,

I have query regrading transfer of ancessotor's property. Here is current description:
1. Property is in name of my Grandfather who have expired around 40yrs back.
2. My grandmother & father are also expired.
3. As per NON REGISTERED WILL (witnessed by a Megistrate who has also expired) of my grandfather it says that

- also mention that there "will be NO right on my property of my daughter."
4. Lost the original Registry also of that property

QUERY:
1. Want to transfer property to my mother's name so is it possible on the basis of NON registered will?
2. Will there be any legal right of my father's sister?
3. If I go for transfer process is it required to take any NO OBJECTION ceritificate from my father's sister?
4. Can a Transfer Application with supporting NON Registered Will be submitted DIRECTLY to court?

Relience data card dispute

Hi All, Thanks in advance.

I brought reliance data card in Pune then
I realized the speed of the net was very bad and complaint to them on multiple times and with multiple follow-ups. Though I used for this card apprx for 10 months and paid the bill on time.

Before relocating to other city I dint paid the last month bill. After 2 years I received call to my new mobile number from Lok Adalat, Delhi saying a case is being registered on my name, referring to my Pune address.

Today I received second call and I denied my identity.

Usually I do not keep any debt on my name. As a habit, I pay all bills on time being credit card, Vodafone, bank loan etc.

I am sure that multiple cases must be registered similar to this one (speed) but why court is not asking back to Reliance to rectify the root cause?

Wanted to understand the seriousness of this case. They are still referring to my old address but new mobile number.

Best Regards
Rajesh
