SIR,
I GOT MARRIED TO A LADY ON GURUDWARA AFTER THAT MY BROTHER IN LAW HAS TAKEN MY SIGNATURE ON BLANK MARRIAGE REGISTRATION FORM FOR REGISTRATION. AFTER ONE WEEK I HAVE GONE FOR REGISTRATION WHERE THEY SHOWN ME THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OF GURUDWARA, AND AFTER THAT I HAVE COMPLETED THE OTHER FORMALITY OF REGISTRATION. RECENTLY I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT MY IN-LAWS HAVE GOT REGISTERED MY MARRIAGE BY SHOWING THAT MARRIAGE WAS SOLEMNIZED AT SOME TEMPLE IN PLACE OF GURUDWARA. ON ESQUIRING FROM REGISTRATION OFFICE I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT IN THERE RECORD ONE GOZTED OFFICER GIVEN THE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE AND ONE PUJARI HAS SIGNED ON MY MARRIAGE REGISTRATION FORM. BUT I HAVE MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE FROM GURUDWARA AND 150 PHOTOGRAPHS OF MARRIAGE WHICH SOLEMNIZED AT GURUDWARA. WHAT I CAN DO TO CANCEL THAT REGISTRATION. I HAVE ALREADY INFORMED THE FACTS TO REGISTRATION AUTHORITY. CAN I FILE THE CASE AGAINST MY IN LAW AND THE OFFICER WHO HAS GIVEN THE FALSE CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE. KINDLY LET ME KNOW.

Respected Experts, I had asked about changing the name of plaintiff in a WS filed by the defendants ? What action can be taken against the defendant for altering the name of plaintiff in his Ws cause title without leave of the court ? Is it attracts order 1 rule 10(2) of cpc ? possibility of filing rejoinder by the plaintiff in this connection. Are there any rulings with regard to altering the the name of plaintiff in his ws is not permissible ?

In a Civil Suit (Respondents / Defendents both private parties); Document Gift Deed; Suit is for partition of properties; Registration Department Deposed as witness validating the Gift Deed.
The suit was decreed
After 30 years it was found that there are no link Document in the Gift Deed.
A 340 CrPc Petition was filed against the Registration Department by the Defendant in the said suit. The Registration Department failed to appear and was set exparte. It was brought to the notice of the court that the said Document Gift Deed does not contain link documents; YET THE COURT DISMISSED THE PETITION.
Appeal was prefered in Chief Judge court on this 340 Crpc Petition; Again The Registration Department was set exparte.
My query is why the Court is not taking the validation of the Gift Deed inspite of clear evidence and acceptence by the Registration Department?
Thanks in advance.

AFTER how many days of lodging an FIR under section 279, 337, 338 (IPC), 3/181, 5/180 & 146/196 (MVA), the claim case can be filed ??
Does the All India Reporter of any particular year of any State High Court contain all the cases of that particular year or only noteable or important judgements in all categories like WP, CRP etc. ?
Actually I am looking for a very old case of the year 1950. In a High Court I have seen a Brown Book series with the year of that State High Court label. Will this series have the particular case I am looking for ?
Thanks in advance

Arbitration matter
Hi Experts,
in an arbitration tribunal we have filed a claim which is in limitation period. Respondent filed a counter claim to it. we found that for that counterclaim limitation period of 3 years was over by the day of filing of counterclaim. Can we take that plea or not? Respondent argues that as the counterclaim is part of main claim and the main claim is within limitation period. Hence his contention for counterclaim is maintainable though it crossed limitation period of 3 years. Is it true in the eye of law ? or any scope for me to face him.. Please answer me...
