Dear sir
In our society on flat was purchased by A in 2004 and registered for a carpet area of 485 sq. ft. Subsequently the builder has allotted a car parking by way of letter for a consideration of Rs.1.00 lac and this has not been registered.
Now A has sold the flat to B and in the sale agreement it is written that carpet area of 485 sq. ft along with car park no 17 has been written.
Please clarify whether the second buyer have right for the car parking in view of the latest supreme court judgement and will be happy if you can quote the relevant passage in this regard.
Yours sincerely

Later respondent filled ATA before appellate court and succeeded basing on the ground of land cealing act proceedings pending. Later land cealing proceedings closed. ATA DECREED IN 1999. BUT APPELLANT NOT FILED ANY EVICTION OR EXECUTION FOR DISPOSSESS OF TENANT. STILL TENANT CONTINUED. My neighbor has lodged a civil suit against me for encroaching on his share of common wall and has prayed to the court for demolishing the same and compensate. I have not or cannot encroach a already existing common wall. This case is in the court since 2010 and i am not able to figure out the way to come out of it. My neighbor is unnecessarily harassing me and trying to extract money by means of third party and writing letters to Municipal, Lok Ayakut, Police authority and various authority for demolishing the wall.
Kindly, suggest how should i go about it OR can suggest me a good lawyer from Navi Mumbai who is expert in encroachment & illegal construction cases
Dear Respected Experts,
Our Original Suit(O.S) decided infavour of the opponent. We would like to file the Appeal. We got the Judgment copy on 2011 we have told our advocate to file appeal immediatly. But the advocate get the signature in vakkalat and he told that the judgment copy of lower court having mistakes so it has been sent to lower court for correction after correction it will be numbered in appeal.
still he telling the same reason ,so i send a RTI application whether he filed a vakkalat or any petition and asked that the judgement is sent for correction.
In RTI Reply no vakkalat filed and there is no judgemnt is sent for correction. so it is understood that the advocate wantenly misleaded us.
No i would like to go for appeal,
1)Do i directly file appeal in sub court, or i have to file condone delay petition first.
2) If i have to file condone delay petition , where to file, in the Sub-Court or District Court.
Kindly provide the information and help me.
Thanks in advance

Guarantors liability
company has obtained loan from a bank .The directors executed personal guarantee also.subsequently at the time of renewal of limits some of the directors were resigned and the bank renewed the documents with the new incoming directors and some old directors as well. The bank has not discharged the outgoing directors fromthe personel liability as they found some latches in the securities provided by them. The account became NPA the bank has issued 13(2) demand notice to all the old and new directors and taken possession of the properties. The out going directors filed Application before DRT stating that they have resigned from the company and were discharged from the liability hence not liable .
Now i want a clarification whether out going directors can substantiate their contention when bank had not discharged them.
please its urgent .SC judgments supporting bank will be appreciated.
