Dear all
Are consumer courts allowed to grant interim relief? If yes, do they normally do so?

Dear Sir/Madam ,
My father purchased a land about 15 Yrs Back ,we have all the purchase documents , receipts ,the agreement .
Now when we are asking for the 7/12 Extract of the purchased land to the developer , they are saying that some people have filed cases on them over the same land .
So can we move to a consumer court regarding the matter.
OR
How we will get the 7/12 Extract from the developer.
Kindly suggest.

My mother, sister, neice, nephew and me had mortgaged our ancestral property for the education loan availed by my nephew one of the share holders of the property)& his father for studying in Australia and the other 4 i.e mother, sister, niece & me stood as guarantors. Now it is understood that the loan has been classified as NPA and we (the guarantors) have received demand notice under SARFAESI act. It is to be mentioned here that till receipt of the demand notice my mother & myself did not know that there was default in the loan. Hence we were not given a fair chance to take up with the borrower for repayment. Also the guarantee document signed by us is more than 3 years old and tyhe same had not been revived. Will the limitation act take effect.

Hi,
Good day,
My mother has 3 properties on her name in state of pondicherry. Due to occupational reasons our entire family ( Mother, myself & 2 younger sisters) moved to Bangalore. Is it possible for my mother to write a will for these properties that is located in pondicherry and register the will in Bangalore itself, without travelling to Pondicherry?
Will such a will have proper legal rights and accepted in pondicherry?
Rgds

Dear Sir,
One brother filed suit for a partition against another brother, Another brother submitted in Defense that Suit land was transferred by way of Oral will by Father to me so you do not have any right.
So inn above contest Question arose whether Civil Court has Power to investigate the validity of Oral Will in view of the law that Oral Will has its legal identity and validity of Oral will is exclusively triable by the Probate Court.

Dear Sir, I had a query on the procedure that Societies ought to apply while levying water charges on member. From what I understand, the Cooperative Societies Act is silent on this however the bye laws say that it is as per the number and size of inlet per flat. What does this mean? Does this mean it is should be on the total consumption per flat or this means that it should be divided equally amongst the total number of flats in the society? Is it fair on the society of levy X amount of water charges on a family that has just 1 or 2 members and same amount on a flat that has 10 members? Is the final decision to apply water charges vested in the General Body and whatever decision has been taken by the GB in majority has to be binding on all ?
